Synergy Periodontics is not only very convenient for me to get to, but the service is excellent. My experience with them was great. The office is clean and has a pleasant ambiance. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no wait time for appointments and you are never rushed. Al concerns are addressed.
I had 3 implants at the same time. There was a question about some of my gum tissue. Dr. Mascarenhas took the time and effort to check it out to make sure I was a candidate for the implant instead of moving on. Yes, it took longer than I had hoped, but I am confident I was treated by the best of the best.

I highly recommend Dr. Mascarenhas. After a couple periodontists told me that they could not help me because of my complicated case, Dr. Mascarenhas told me he can help me. He was methodical with my treatment plan, which made my result successful. I hated my smile and now I can smile confidently because of him. He truly cares about his patients. His staff is friendly too.

I loved, loved, loved my experience with Synergy Periodontics in Gilbert, AZ. My dentist advised me that my gums were receding and that I would need periodontal surgery to save my teeth and smile. I contacted Synergy Periodontics and they treated me as if I were a close family member from the very beginning. The Gilbert office is clean and comfortable with easy parking in front. The admin staff is organized and professional by making my appointments and insurance billing a breeze. Dr. Mascarenhas is a magician who is caring, kind and is a craftsman at gently fortifying my gums which should now last me for the rest of my life. Thank you so very much!!! ? ?

It was my first experience with periodontal surgery, and I was somewhat concerned when I was referred by my dentist. I shouldn't have been. Dr. Mascarenhas and his staff are very professional, caring and make a great effort to put the patient at ease and explain everything thoroughly and completely. I can't speak highly enough about this practice or Dr. Mascarenhas. I came to synergy periodontics based on other customer reviews, and because of the vibe I got from reviewing their site. I had previously gone to another periodontist, and was left with uncertainty about my situation. I wanted a second opinion so I called Synergy and told them my story. I scheduled my appointment and met Dr. Mascarenhas just a few days later. Him and his team took great care of me and confirmed what I had already assumed would be the case.

Within 2 days I was in for gum graft surgery, and it went perfectly. Dr. Mascarenhas is fabulous. I was initially terrified of the pain, but I had absolutely none throughout the entire healing process. I know that's not always the case, but I credit it in-part to Dr. Mascarenhas skills.

Hoping I won't need to see him in the future, but I know I'll be in good hands if I do. Dr. Mascarenhas is honest about what you need and gives you all the facts and outcomes of your given situation.

I was dreading to get an implant because the area needing the implant was problematic. I was nervous to go to a doctor I didnt know. But I had no need to be! Dr. Mascarenhas approached it with great interest and thoughtfully made a plan for best success. He is extremely knowledgeable and capable, humble and kind. He placed bone and gum grafts and the implant into the awkward space. I had the crown placed this past week, by my dentist, Dr. Roberts, and the implant was in perfect alignment to secure the crown. It all feels great and natural. Dr. Mascarenhas also communicated well with Dr. Roberts. I am grateful for the time and effort he put in to make the procedure successful. He explained everything as he went along, and his personality and cheerful nature made it all enjoyable.
The whole office is cheerful and upbeat and friendly. They make the visits enjoyable and really care about their patients and the work they are doing. I don't want another implant, but would be happy to go there again if needed!

Dr. Mascarenhas and his staff are awesome. Dr. M was successful in saving my two, front bottom teeth with a gum and bone graft. The grafting process was less painful than I expected due to Dr. M.'s compassion. The only discomfort I had after the procedure was when eating and that didn't last long at all. He is a thorough and caring professional who I highly recommend.
