I'm so thoroughly impressed with Dr. Li and his staff. His clear expertise and experience paired with his gentle, caring, and calming bedside manner makes all the difference in the world.

Dr. Li kept me informed the whole time, and he listened to my specific concerns while never losing his focus and precision on the task at hand. He even made sure I was physically comfortable in the chair; this is the type of above-and-beyond detail that makes you feel so thankful for a doctor and his professionalism in the care he provides.

The whole team is so caring and sensitive to what could otherwise be a nerve-wracking experience. I'm really impressed with this practice and will recommend them to others.

As I had an acute problem with a tooth, common with root canal treatment I believe, Synergy Endodontics was able to see me promptly. I received the patient information to fill in on-line so that saved time in the office. The practice is modern with multiple Endodontists available for treatment. The doctor was very nice and explanatory however, when we left, there was no discharge instructions on how to deal with aftercare for my daughter’s root canal and I had to ask questions to get extra information. Aftercare information should’ve been automatically offered to me and my daughter. On the way home, she did have lots of worry and anxiety most likely from the unknown of what to expect the next day. Overall my daughter did not struggle with any pain the next day, and for this we are grateful and would recommend synergy endodontics.
