The appointment is always scheduled in advance. I come early usually 5 to 10 minutes so I can get in the massage chair. Their team is professional, courteous, and complementary. Their services are gentle and they communicate from beginning to end. I like the massage chairs in the room during the cleaning, which is relaxing. Their office is clean, organized and furnished.

Always a pleasant experience. Kelly is a very gentle and experienced dental hygienist, as are all the hygienists at Dr. Syn’s office.
Dr. Syn is an extremely talented and knowledgeable dentist who makes you feel at ease and like family. My husband and I have been patients for….10 years? I wouldn’t trust my oral health to anyone else in the North State.

SUCH a great experience. Broke a tooth and needed it fixed asap. Dr. Syn not only got me in, but I had the most pleasant time. Literally didn't feel a thing- even the shot! My new crown feels like it's been there my whole life. Syn does a fabulous job and the little things that make all the difference. Grateful he's in Orland!

Love this dentist. Always nice never pushy understanding about people wanting to utilize their insurance and not pushing you into very expensive work that isn’t going to hurt to put off.
For people who have a lil anxiety the environment is very quiet and inviting. Rooms are good size…. What else…. I have to say I was with another dentist that gave me lots of anxiety ? so pushy I hated going made me feel like I had no control or say in my dental care. This Dentist definitely does not do that.

Love Dr. Syn’s office! Great Dentist, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. Always friendly and professional office staff. When I had to change insurance providers, they ended up being out-of-network for my new plan. Since I’ve been so happy with Dr. Syn and staff for so many years, I’ve chosen to stay with them and pay the extra out-of-network costs. They are worth it!

Beautiful office, state of the art equipment, friendly staff. I tend to have anxiety at the dentist and I'm always put at ease there. They are very caring and if you have an emergency they get you in immediately.
