I am a new patient to this office. I liked the treatment that I received by everyone in the office starting from the receptionist. I felt like the lady that did my cleaning did a great job. They were able to accommodate me to start the process of braces. I also noticed that everyone helps each other in the office which feels like a comfortable work environment. Thank you for making my experience smooth.

New office manager is horrible
Shirley was a far superior manager she
Handled patient issues immediately and professionally

Melissa wants to feed you a whole process of why you need to wait an hour and a half even though They call YOU to come in for an appointment and then call the day before to say there’s no insurance
You should check insurances before YOU call people to come see you

“We’re really busy is why it’s going to be an hour and a half”
Then why call patients to come in on your already busy schedule?

The dentist are the owners (both very kind folks)
But there is no voicemail, and/or email to them directly
It has to go to the office manager (whom again feeds you the “process”; which needs to improve)

Current patients have to complete new packets (as if they are new)

Have never experienced anything like this here until the staff was replaced
And the new manager took over.

Wait time was just like any other dentist not great not bad. Staff are very friendly and I especially want to commend Melissa for being so knowledgeable and answering all my questions and making process a bit more pleasant as I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but it’s definitely a must. Thank you Melissa if you get to read this keep up the great work.

If you are looking to get dental services at this office "BEWARE". Unprofessional and denying service to patients who they left half way treated. Having already been paid, yet not willing to be responsible and professional to finish the work due to a "bad review". SO CHILDISH. Take care of your patients instead.

Any other office would be professional and caring enough to keep their patients by giving them a call and say "we apologize for the bad experience, please give us another chance to make things right for you, we would like to make your experience a great one". Not sure how businesses like this one are still open to public. This business has various complaints so think twice before you go to this place.

By far WORST dental group ever ! I have never heard of a place refuse service to someone who put up a bad review on their page. Like what !?! Wouldn’t you want to attend them and make their experience nice so that they could take down the review and put up a nice one instead ?!?! Ahahahha this place is a LEGIT JOKE!! They are so unprofessional if any other place were to receive a bad review their response would be/should be “I’m sorry for your experience how can we help you improve your experience with us” I wish I could give negative stars for the way these people treat their patients!!

Worst experience. PLEASE FIND A BETTER PLACE. Parent was not allowed to enter the examination room with the minor kid. The staff did not even inform what procedure they were going to do but just took the kid with her. Dr did not show up at all, to discuss his/her observations with the parent of the minor child who went there for first time. Staff at the front desk were not at all friendly. Reports were shared only after I insisted them to do so. Never ever take your kids there.
