Dr.Iyengar and his staff are very professional, and excellent at what they do! The clinic is clean and they maintain good hygiene habits. Check-in process was easy. Doctor clearly communicated all concerns and procedures in detail. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Iyengar and his team, Araceli and Tina, are great. Dr. Iyengar is a very seasoned practitioner and he inspires a lot of confidence. He also jokes a bit (respectfully) to lighten the mood and keep nerves at bay, which I truly appreciated during the extraction of two wisdom teeth. They came out great, literally. Araceli is a native Spanish speaker, in case a patient isn't completely fluent in Englisn. I would recommend him, his teammates and his small but very well equipped practice. Fairly priced and takes dental insurance. His office has free, easy parking. Great all in all.

Dr. Iyengar is great! I had a major fear of the dentist. Dr. Iyengar was fantastic in easing my fears, creating a warm atmosphere and ultimately helping me overcome my fear. His work is excellent and he has many years of experience!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Iyengar for many years. His location is a little far for us and we tried a few times over the years to find a dentist closer to where we live. It never worked out. His work is much better than other dentists we tried. Plus he and Tina (front desk) and Rosie (dental assistant) are such nice people. It is just the 3 of them and we prefer that over a large office with people who don't know who we are. Plus Dr. Iyengar has a great sense of humor. And he makes being at the dentist enjoyable.

NOT GOOD,PLEASE READ..
This is my own experience ,you can draw your own conclusion:
To prep for a partial (one tooth denture or flipper) the "Dentist" needs to do a "dental impression" ,what a mess that was .I had goo / paste all over my face ,glued my mustache together ,bits and pieces of dried paste all over my clothes ..then he asked me to go to the bathroom ,I didn't know why until I looked in the mirror ..I looked like I had a Halloween mask on.
Well like that was not enough ,for some reason he had to do the Dental impressions all over again on another day/appointment...Exact same process all over again (torture).
He has a couple of ladies working in there but were absent when working on me ,he held the vacuum in one hand and drilling with the other..so awkward .At some point he dropped the vacuum which hit the floor ,he picked it up proceeded to put it back in my mouth ..I objected and asked him to please change the vacuum to which he said "why it didn't touch the floor" (Lie)..so I insisted but he still did NOT change it ,he acted like he did but I could see that he did NOT ..then back to drilling with one hand and vacuuming with the other ,and boom he CLIPPED MY TONGUE..it felt like a lightning in my mouth ,very painful needless to mention a bloody mouth.
I did react /complained to which he seemed indifferent.
I was supposed to schedule another appointment for more work but the NICE SWEET lady (Tina) at the front desk said "NO" and kept shaking her head/no to which I said I understand and left.
*Apparently from what I gathered he communicated to her NOT to schedule me again..although I did Not see him do that.
*In case you wondered why I kept going back there,I did not have much choice..I am 71 years old, live 2 blocks away (walking distance),had no car and he happened to accept Medical..
**By the way ,it is important to mention that every repair and fillings he did ,broke and fell apart except for the Partial that's still in one piece but useless now ..back to day one/zero.
Once again this is my OWN personal experience,you can draw your own conclusions.

Dr. Iyengar was my children's dentist 30 years ago and is still mine. I recommend him especially to friends who fear dental work. He is an artist, both figuratively and literally. I recently moved 30 miles away from the Valley, but have no intention of changing dentists. I am already used to the best.

I'm sorry but he ripped me off of $800 for retainers... when i clearly told him i have cavities and a root canal that had to be done so i want to wait and hold back on the retainers. he said i had 0 cavities and people are just money hungry and i should ignore it and just do the moulding. so did. i told him repeatedly i couldn't chew on one end. he said thats normal. i came back in 3 months and reported the same, proceeded to make me chew on a Q-tip and ask me if i felt it i felt nothin duh its a q-tip..terrible. i go for 2-3 opinions. all dentists say i need a root canal asap and i have had 3 cavities, so i flew to another country, i had to fill up my cavities and do my root canal and surprise.....my $800 retainers don't fit me anymore. Sad.

Came for a cleaning after Dr. Iyengar was recommended by a friend.
Bright pleasant and clean office, Tina at the front desk is so nice and accommodating, and Dr. Iyengar seems qualified and professional.
I'll definitely go back.
