I had a disappointing experience with the front desk. We arrived just 5 minutes late for our appointment, and instead of handling it professionally, the staff kept asking us—three times—if we were sure we wanted the same time next week. It felt like they were assuming we’d be late again, which was unnecessary and frankly, rude and biased.

Everyone can run a few minutes behind once in a while, but that doesn’t mean we should be treated differently or judged unfairly. Customers deserve respect and professionalism, not assumptions. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management ensures their staff treats all customers fairly and without bias in the future.

My kids have been going here for about 5 years and they are now teenagers. They have seen every dentist by now and I have no complaints. I initially came for Dr. Scotty because he is highly regarded. But they are all great… Dr. Josh, Dr. Elizabeth, all of them. The dental assistants are also wonderful as they are ones doing the cleaning. My kids have not had a bad experience.

don't know what happened but at the beginning it was really great , kids appreciated their dentist . But since the last cleaning and we have a new dentist, the treatment appointment are really long. 1 h for a treatment appointment. During this hour you spend 40 min waiting and 20 or 15 min for treatment.
I'm sorry but the appointments are during hours of school, and they miss school for nothing.
I'm going to search for a new dentist more efficient.
This time, the assistant doesn't have any seat during all time he's helping the dentist, he stays all time standing up.
Furthermore, the parents wait during all appointments on a hardwood chair for 1 hour. Watch out for your back.
The personnel are nice but the organisation is not efficient, you waste time for nothing. While you wait, the dentist sees other appointments.

We have a wonderful experience here every time. The staffs are very friendly and take time to address all our concerns. We had Ronnie help us with my daughter’s cleaning and routine checkup. He was very friendly and made her very comfortable during the entire visit. The total ambience of the hospital is very appealing to the kids. Definitely will recommend.

From the moment I walked in with my niece for her appointment, I was amazed by how incredibly welcoming the atmosphere in this office was. I was instantly greeted by the friendliest front desk staff! Check in was fast, and the waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was very easy for my niece to understand, which really helped with the anxiety she has about dentist appointments. The hygienists and doctor were very gentle and patient with my niece throughout her entire visit.
I could not be happier with the treatment and attention we received in the office, and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to get top-notch care for their children.

Amazing or Great 👍 service, friendly staff and clean office. They have been very patient with our toddler and always give her fun little toys and stickers at the end of the exam. The location is good. Not far from Sunnyvale downtown. The parking lot is available. I highly recommend this dentist 🦷 for your kids.
