Always a great experience at this office. I give it a 10/10!! You walk into a beautiful waiting room, clean, smells good and comfy seats. The receptionist was friendly, funny and welcoming. After being seated, I was waited in, no wait, very promptly. The hygienist were so sweet, informing, professional. My dentist was amazing. I always look forward to coming to the dentist now. I appreciate them squeezing me in last minute to get in office whitening after my cleaning. My teeth were a little sensitive after the whitening treatment but it was so worth it. My teeth look AMAZING!!!! Thank you for everything SDA 😉

I was looking for a new dentist and I was so happy when I found this place! Dr. Chung is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She always takes my comfort into consideration to ensure she’s not hurting me (I have sensitive gums) and is always willing to answer all my questions.

The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are all very friendly. I’ve gotten to know them over time and I’m so happy to be part of the family! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

My family and I have been patients here for a few years and always receive exceptional care. Dr. Chung has very gentle hands and takes time to answer our questions each visit. She also does a great job making our toddler is comfortable during her appointments. The entire SDA team is very efficient in making sure that our appointments are seamless!

I decided to switch to this dental office since it was closer to my home, but I deeply regret giving them a try. I had a filling done here, and within a week, I was waking up in the middle of the night from severe pain. When I went back for a check-up, they took another X-ray and told me I needed to see a different dentist because they couldn’t figure out the issue.

I followed their recommendation and went to the other office—only to have the same tests done and be charged again for absolutely nothing! They didn’t provide any new insight or actually fix the problem. I was basically sent on a wild goose chase just to spend more money. This place is money-hungry and completely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

After posting my review online, Dr. Meng reached out within an hour. He offered a free examination and refunded my last visit, which I appreciate. While I wish things had been handled better from the start, I respect that they took responsibility and made an effort to make things right.

I have been a patient of Dr Meng's for two years now. Historically I have feared dental visits due to pain and sensitivity during the ultrasonic cleanings. I voiced this concern at Sunnyvale Dental Aesthetics and was given extra, more gentle care. The hygienist, Michael, took extra time to alternate between ultrasonics and hand instruments to ensure I didn't experience any pain.

I really value and appreciate the extra care provided to me.

I have been going to Dr David Meng for over 5 years. Not only is this the best dental practice that I've ever gone to but they go above and beyond for everything. The place is immaculately clean, my appointments are always on time, and everyone seems to be the best at what they do. I love my hygienist, I have really sensitive teeth and she does a manual cleaning for me. I've done zoom bleaching here with great success and then I eventually got veneers. Dr. Meng has never tried to upsell me and is always conservative with his approach. This is probably the best dental office in Northern California and I would highly recommend you go here.

Well, what can I say when I walk in? They know me by my first name. They're always offering me water and coffee. Everyone in the office treats me very well. It's a very homey feeling and I love this place. I appreciate the whole staff for always making me laugh and making me feel comfortable(coming from a very nervous person) This is the only office I recommend to others and wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5!! Truly an amazing staff wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Dr. David Meng and his staff are very professional. I have been going to Dr. Meng for many years. He is very knowledgeable and the best dentist. I have never experienced any pain. He makes sure your comfortable and aware what is happening. The staff is friendly. I see Michael every time for my teeth cleanings. He does a great job and is very professional.
