My wife had a root canal done with the worst experience she has ever had. They started without having let the numbing shots take effect fully causing major pain. After going through this lesson then 1 week later she started feeling pain with hot or cold liquids. She then made an appointment with another dentist for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the Dr didn't get all the root in his process and her crown had to be removed and a 2nd root canal had to be done.

If you want this kind of service, go for it. We on the other hand are out more $$$, pain and discomfort with the unprofessional service we got.

I went in today for my first time ever, and let me tell you how great my experience was! First, I was greeted by Erika , their treatment coordinator! She was so friendly , sweet, and very helpful with explaining the process for my treatment! She made me feel at ease as Dentist visits have always been very traumatic for me. Erika was checking in with me every step of the way ! I also had the pleasure of getting a cleaning from Allie their hygienist, and she was just as amazing! The way she made me feel so comfortable and kept such a good positive energy throughout my whole cleaning experience really made me feel safe!
Now let me tell you about the Dentist, he was just as amazing as the rest of the staff, he made sure to talk to me and explain what he was doing and his recommended treatment for me. I was so nervous to get the numbing injection and Dr Singh did it so carefully and painless! I could not believe it! He did such a great job with everything I am so happy I walked into Sunny Smiles today! Thank you to the whole team, you made my dentist experience amazing!

The whole team is very kind and tentative explaining everything with a lot of patience and sincerity. I have been a patient of Sunny Smiles for 9 years. Since the new owner Dr Singh took over, the office has changed. What keeps me coming back is Ally, the hygienist. She is great! She truly cares for your health and spends enough time to make sure every tooth is well groomed. Cleaning is performed in a manner that shows her experience to ensure each visit a pleasant one. My family looks forward to seeing Ally.
