Karen at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. I've called many times with appointment changes, random procedural questions, asking to clarify prices, insurance details, you name it, and she is without fail, kind and informative. I never feel like she is in a rush to get off the phone with me, but that she is giving me as much information as I need. She always remembers me and is so professional and goes above and beyond for my husband and I.

Martha the practice manager is so warm and knowledgeable. She helps answer any questions you may have.

Gayleen is a gentle and skilled hygienist. For my first cleaning in far too long, she was supportive and made it gentle and manageable.

Deanna was my husband's dental hygienist after not having been to the dentist in years, and she was so sweet, gentle and safe. She made sure to be careful and explain the process as it was happening.

Dr. Malotky is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She is master of her craft while being incredibly personable and warm. She will not use shame to communicate, instead science and encouragement. This was instrumental in my husband and I being returning clients, and feeling capable of taking good care of our teeth regularly.

Dr. Raef is also extremely warm and intelligent. She is a kind and skilled dentist. She takes the time to explain procedures, why anything is being scheduled, the long term benefits, etc. and never fails to communicate.

The staff were nice. There was confusion though about Summit Dentistry being a Delta Dental Premire Provider. I have a DD PPO Plan and it pays less when not using a PPO Provider. I found this out when I had to pay out of pocket for the difference after services. I would appreciate the office initially pointing this out when I made the appointment and when the receptionist copied my insurance card. I had a new patient visit and was there about two hours. I was moved to five different staff members. This was overwhelming. There was the receptionist, dental assistant, dentist, the plan of treatment coordinator, the billing clerk. Overall, the staff was nice and accommodating.

Everyone at Summit Dentistry are so nice! Dr. Malotky makes you feel really comfortable and the gals up front do a great job explaining everything! I highly recommend getting your dental work done with this office!

Firs time visit! Very friendly and thorough staff. Dentist was out for an emergency so it was just a cleaning, photos and X-rays! I did fill pressured about getting my old silver fillings replaced even though none are bothering me at this time.
