I’m going to be honest, they do a good service there; at an expensive price. But Terrible at answering the phones!!! You MIGHT get lucky and get a call back. But don’t bank on it. Recently you can text in now; to make or reschedule appointments but it’s no better. What’s worse, if you call to many times; they take the phone off the line. In reality; everyone there tries to do less work everyday and If you don’t do a walk in, you wouldn’t get no help or service. I wish it could be better but unless their “BIG Bosses” or a surprise expectations comes through; nothing runs how it supposed to.

I've been going here since I was born. I love it personally! Yes it is basically impossible to schedule anything over the phone, in recent years, but it wasn't always that bad. I missed an appointment when I was a child and they didn't hold it against me, which was nice as other dentist offices in Erie won't forgive you. It's a shame they won't take Medicaid anymore. I wish I could continue to go to the same dentist office I always have been, but I'll figure it out.

Would put 0 stars if it was a choice. This place shouldn't even be allowed to be in practice. They want to force people on how many teeth to pull out at once, just because the dentist is overbooked. Its the patients choice to decide how many teeth to pull at once, not the hygienist. Health problems or not. If any health problems its more reason to pull less teeth at once. The hygienist was very rude and unprofessional. Don't want to hear what you want done. If you have state insurance or speak another language they are very discriminative towards you. It is very dirty and smells bad. The Department of Health needs to shut this place down.

This place is so far below professional it is not funny. Took my brother here for full teeth extraction & they said someone would get back to me. Long story short, after 3 months of texting with the office staff & not getting any responses for the last 2 months. Now we have to start all over with some one new. PS it would not let me give a no star review. DO NOT GO HERE if you can help it.

Scheduled an appointment months out with Summit, the lady who made my appointment was very short on the phone, she gave no information nor did she ask me for any. I called everyday for a week leading up to the appointment to confirm it since I was traveling hours for it, they wouldn’t answer or return my calls then after hours the night before my appointment they called and canceled. Will not be trying this place again or recommending to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I was gonna be running late so i called to see if i could come in later because i live about 34 minutes away. She said i couldnt do that so i wanted to reschedule. She said they called me the other day to remind me of my appointment and why i didn't cancel then. Then asked if she could tell the dr why i couldnt make it in. I told her my boyfriend had just woken up. She said i 100% have to go to this appointment or ill be dimissed from the practice. For sure gonna go somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the most condescending, ignorant receptionist at this practice today. My son needs to get in with a new dentist since he is new to the erie area. We were unable to get his records from his old dentist due to them closing, but he has acquired new insurance since his last dental visit so there would be no issue with frequencies of an xray or exam being covered. She told me there is a very expensive xray that has to be taken (it's a panoramic xray and no it doesn't HAVE to be taken) and she doesn't want him to have to eat the cost. A pan is covered every 3-5 yrs and his insurance has never been billed for such a thing so no reason it wouldn't be covered. She flat out told me no, she won't accept him as a new patient. I explained he was having some issues with a wisdom tooth that is pushing on a crowned tooth and I was cut off and told the practice wouldn't be able to help him with a tooth that has been crowned by another dentist. So let me get this straight, if someone leaves a practice to come to yours and they had prior work done you tell them no? You've been to the dentist before, can't help you here. There is absolutely no way that is acceptable. I was at a loss for words. She found every excuse not to take him on as a patient. Unbelievable.
Maybe work on the kind of people you hire and educate them a bit. Not only did she not know how to talk to people In a respectable manner, she didn't seem to know anything about insurance frequencies while at the same time trying to throw that in my face and use it as an excuse.

Went to this practice ages ago. I knew it was shady after I cancelled an appt for a filling due to illness and was told it would be months to get back in / was dropped as a patient. I thought it was weird bc that was the first time I had ever cancelled, but that was their choice. I got in with a new dentist and found out there was no such cavity… which leads me to believe there are fillings I received that were not necessary.

Those fillings are the cause of thousands of dollars in dental work as they were not properly placed, leading to a faulty seal, and thus needing replaced before I have another dental emergency.
