Definitivamente son de las peores clínicas dentales a las que pude acudir.
Pésimo servicio al cliente, cuando no cancelan por una cosa cancelan por la otra, y cuando no es una cosa es otra.
Si pudieras darles 0 estrellas se las daría pero Definitivamente desde inicio a fin mi experiencia con ustedes ha sido de lo peor. Y yo se que poco les importa lo que yo como cliente piense por que hoy me lo dejaron claro.

Tuve que cancelar en varias ocasiones, desafortunadamente mis niños enfermanaban de gripe,tos,etc,etc y ellos solo dejaron de atender a los niños por cancelar citas,incluso los llevaba por fuera para que se serioraran de que estaban enfermos y aun así ya no quisieron atenderlos,ya teníamos 5 años llevando su cuidado dental ahí y por último no fueron nada comprensivos

I’ve been coming here for six years, and I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience. I brought my 5-year-old son in for a specific procedure, which was already a lot for him to handle in one day. Instead of focusing on his extractions, I was pressured to agree to additional treatments. Even after I respectfully declined and explained that I wanted my son to recover from this traumatic experience before considering anything else, my boundaries were ignored.

The lack of understanding and respect was deeply upsetting, especially given the situation. My main priority was my son and his immediate care, but the push for extra procedures made an already stressful day even harder. This is not the level of compassion and professionalism I’ve come to expect after six years, and I’m truly let down by how we were treated.

Not my first time going sugarbug dental and I will continue to go there, but my last experience and this one just today were amazing and absolutely different than any other dentist office to start last visit we had Juan helping my two daughters out with compassion and understanding of their fear of the dentist he Continued with patience and a smile as well as stickers at the end ! ?
This visit we got the privilege of having Dulce and erica , Dulce was amazing with my two daughters and spoke to them with such love and compassion of their fear and spent the extra time helping them feel comfortable and explained every step and the process! I can’t begin to explain how much that made me feel and just shocked me she took that much pride in her job and completely changed my daughter’s mindset by her one visit with Dulce ! Erica was awesome with the daughters and made them feel comfortable she also explained the next process with detail so I knew what would be going on with my daughter and made sure I had options of how I wanted to continue I appreciate that office always willing to help and explain everything ! My favorite dentist office ! ? ?

I wish I remembered the dentists name that took care of my Jax. She was amazing! Her assistant was also amazing with him. He was so nervous going in after having bad experiences at 2 other offices. At Sugar Bugs they treat children way better then any other place we've been. Thank you Sugar Bugs staff for being amazing!

The doctors and staff are all AMAZING!! 100% beyond compare, they cater to the children here, it is a refreshing change of pace, the offices are always clean and the people well kept and friendly. I won’t take my kids anywhere else!

I had a handful of bad experiences here. The first one was a $35 cancellation fee that they made me pay or else would not treat my child. But when they canceled on me two or more times I did not get a cancellation fee for my time. Also, my daughter has high anxiety with dentist in this place that absolutely nothing to make it better. I also went to the new location in Camarillo and it was just as bad. I suggest you look for something else. Save yourself the trouble.
