I am usually happy with this dentist office, but today I was going in for a replaced new crown and found out that the crown wasn’t made correctly by the factory. Bummer! I have to come back for another appointment. It isn’t the fault of Dr. Chang, but not sure who is responsible. I had other errands to do that day and a minor inconvenience. I will be back in a week. Overall a fantastic office and customer service.

Yolanda is one of the first points of contact, in the front office. She is always kind and helpful. She assists with helping to understand financial options, treatment plans and how to proceed.

Everyone has been very friendly and puts you more at ease. Dr Chang is very thorough with the work done. He explains things in a way that can be understood and cares about the patients. I am very grateful to have found this practice.

I thank God that I found Dr. Chang when I did. He was able to painlessly fix all my problem areas. His dental hygienist is excellent and does a thorough teeth cleaning. Also, I took my late mother to Dr. Chang, and she just loved him. He surely is a master at his craft. Dr. Chang and all of his staff are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. They make you feel like family.

Dr Chang is a caring and wonderful dentist. He always takes his time to go the extra step and make sure his treatments are a pain free and effective a possible. His staff are wonderful and Yalonda deftly handles all my insurance issues. I have no hesitation putting my dental health into Dr Chang's capable hands. I have been seeing him for 12 years and I will never go anywhere else.
