I enjoyed my visit. The waiting room was small but cozy and comfortable. I was greeted right away. I waited less than 5 min before they brought me into the back. The technician took all my X-rays as I was a new patient and then the Doc came and went over them with me. I explained I had not been to the dentist in a while due to my last dentist retiring and we discussed some of the other thing’s that my last dentist had told me. We discussed a treatment plan and also discussed an area of concern I had. They got me set up with an Oral Surgeon to address a concern she was not able to assess, they called for me got me an appointment as I waited and the. Set me up. Overall it was a good experience, and I will be going back to start getting back in regularly.

I was fortunate enough to find this place on short notice when I cracked a molar. They were able to fit me in the same day and really talked me through all my treatment options to set me up for success. Everyone from the front staff, hygienists, assistants and Dr Hao have been nothing short of lovely and kind and each visit has been extremely comfortable on more ways than one. I truly have always feared the dentist, but they have alleviated my fears by providing such a warm, welcoming and professional environment. I truly recommend this place of you are in need of a great dental facility.

Lisa & April were both very kind and communicative this visit. Been coming here a few years and it’s always a good experience. They are usually quick and seem to do a great job with my teeth. On top of that the office is always clean and receptionists are pleasant & helpful both in person and over the phone. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment I stepped in for an emergency evaluation, I felt welcomed and at ease. The kindness and friendliness of the staff made a huge difference in my experience. A special shout-out to Kiara, one of the dental assistants, whose openness and warmth convinced me to continue my care with them. Her genuine care and thorough explanation of the benefits of follow-up treatment made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision.

Dr. Desantiago has been absolutely fantastic throughout my treatment. She is incredibly kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor that really lightens the mood during visits. Her ability to make patients laugh while maintaining professionalism is truly remarkable, making every appointment something to look forward to.

Claudia, another dental assistant, has also been a joy to work with. Her sweet demeanor and clear explanations have made every procedure easy to understand and less intimidating. She performed the most painless and beautiful fillings I’ve ever had, and I am so grateful for her gentle touch and attention to detail.

I also want to give a huge thanks to Jessica at the front desk. She has been amazing at helping me navigate scheduling around my busy schedule and figuring out the best ways to use my insurance. Her patience and efficiency have made managing appointments stress-free and convenient, which I greatly appreciate.

Overall, my experience at this dental office has been exceptional. Everyone on the team is fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. Thank you all for making my dental visits a positive and comfortable experience!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office and would not recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone for the visit. The dental assistant was also unprofessional—she seemed disengaged, unfamiliar with her tasks, and frequently needed assistance, which made the entire process feel disorganized and inefficient. Additionally, the office’s technology and equipment were malfunctioning, further delaying the appointment.

One of the most frustrating aspects was that I was not informed that I would be seeing a different dentist than the one I specifically booked with. While the dentist was the most courteous person I encountered, she spoke to me in a condescending manner and made me feel uncomfortable about my dental health rather than providing constructive guidance.

During the cleaning, the assistant was extremely rough when flossing, to the point that I flinched in pain. Despite this, she continued without any concern for my discomfort. She also struggled to operate the polishing tools properly and was careless—accidentally bumping my face multiple times with instruments, dragging her chest across my face while reaching for tools, and failing to acknowledge or apologize for these mishaps.

I made it clear multiple times that I was only there for a cleaning, as I am moving and unable to schedule follow-up care. However, they continued to push additional appointments despite my repeated refusals. The entire experience left me feeling like the staff lacked both professionalism and competency. I am now genuinely anxious about trying another dentist after such a negative experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend this office and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for dental care.

10 out of 5 stars! I don't trust anyone to work on my teeth as much as I do Kyra and Dr. Desantiago, they are by far the best dentists I have ever been to. They are fun and happy people who have a good sense of humor, especially when it comes to a mechanic like me, but also professional and seriously good at their work, like to the point that I'll be there for bigger work being done and fall asleep while they drill my mouth. Jessica at the front desk is always a delight to talk to as well! I recommend anyone and everyone to get their dental work done here!

Since I started coming here, my dental health has improved tremendously, thanks to their professional care and the way they educate me on maintaining my oral health. I am beyond impressed with my first dental appointment here in Colorado! Although I live in Texas, I was visiting my daughter in Aurora when I needed an emergency crown replacement. Dr. Catherine Hao was absolutely phenomenal! I’m a notoriously difficult patient to numb, but she handled it with incredible skill—I didn’t feel a thing!

This was hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my 55 years of life. The care, professionalism, and expertise at this office are unmatched. If I ever need dental care in Aurora again, this will be the only place I go. I can’t recommend Dr. Hao and her team enough. Truly outstanding!
