StarWhite Dental exceeded all my expectations! The customer service was impeccable, and the quality of work was outstanding. I experienced zero pain throughout my entire appointment, including the numbing injections. The doctors and staff were incredibly attentive, even going the extra mile to provide me with chapstick when my lips got dry. Very nice happy customer service. Front office staff were much friendlier than I last remembered. Took a chance on coming back here. Pleasantly surprised. So glad they got rid of the ugly worn out sofa in the waiting room.

Christy is the such a great Hygienist she takes care of making my teeth sparkle! She’s also so good at keeping you informed of what she’s doing and gives you tips about how to keep your gums and teeth healthy. Dr Papworth is so nice and he checked over my teeth and X-rays and he said I’m all good no issues so got a good clean out of there in an hour. The girls up front handled all my insurance and they were super friendly and I was on my way!

I like this dental office. Nice people, modern equipment, attractive premises. They show photos just taken for any problem they identify. Most times they find No problems. They have never tried to upsell or push for anything. It feels like they are actually partners in the care of my teeth.

Star white has canceled my appointment the morning of (within 2 hours) for my last 3 appointments. The first excuse was overbooked, then the dentist was on vacation(not sure how you don’t know that till the morning of), then a sick assistant. They have zero concern for you talking you PTO and then getting screwed. They also don’t provide any availability with a month. This place is terrible unorganized when it comes to scheduling and they don’t care about screwing up your job.

Came in on a Sunday from out of town and need a temporary crown replaced. They were so accommodating and it was not expensive AT ALL. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment for emergency or regular dentistry. Would recommend it highly!!
