Go there for sports related visits - sends you somewhere else (takes your money, gives no value). Medicine, the only profession where you can charge a customer to tell them you are unqualified to provide them the service they asked for.

Seeking consult for eye surgery "Sorry, if you've had any surgeries before, they won't even talk to you - won't do the work". At least they didn't charge me a consult fee to tell me this- that's a positive.

Need a physical, check-up, anything routine... 1/5 times you feel like a patient. 4/5 times you are like a fast food customer, never really sure when I see the Dr - but spend an immense amount of time in other areas waiting rooms for blood draw, samples, etc- all to get no information. Hours of my time, 6 minutes of the Dr; but a bill that suggests the opposite.

This place is emblematic of "Doctors for Dollars over Care". Gotta love capitalism.

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is composed of three main buildings. The main hospital is at the core of the structure. Pre-Op/Laboratory and the Cafeteria are found on adjacent buildings. There is a walking corridor connecting all three departments. Green areas and ample parking surround the main campus. The hospital is near the Iron Horse Regional Trail for people who enjoy walking.

I visited the ER tonight and was so thankful for the doctor, nurses, and staff that took care of me. From the moment I walked in and registered, up until my discharge I was treated with the utmost care and respect as a patient that I have ever had in a hospital ER. I felt comforted and better because of such great care. The staff also worked so wonderfully together. My husband and I just moved up here and I am also a fellow nurse. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the doctor, nurses and staff there should be more like you.

Gave birth here 3+ weeks ago and would rave about the L&D staff. The nurses and everyone in the floor was great and are top notch staff that handle everyone with such great care. As. First time mom, they really helped me get my footing and ease my nerves. While the facilities feel a little dated, the staff is what we really cared about!

I, Stephanie Brown, am requesting that my son T. B. be transferred from Stanford Tri-Valley Hospital in Pleasanton CA to Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto CA immediately. I made a request for a transfer on Friday, November 14, 2025. The doctor said, my son would get the same care at both locations. Basically, he didn't take me serious.

His medical records are not available on the MyChart App for this current Hospital stay.

Trust issues & incorrect information has been conveyed to our family.

We need this transfer to the Stanford Palo Alto campus before any procedures are done at the Pleasanton location.

Went to the ER 6:00am on Saturday 8/9/25. I was in the screening room within minutes then rushed to a bed in the ER where they immediately started testing. Nicole was my nurse and she was fantastic. Later Dr. Liao came and really tried to drill down and get to the bottom of things with multiple EKGs, X-ray, ECG. I was admitted to the hospital within a few hours and turned over to cardiologist Dr. Huynh and moved into a shared room while I awaited an angiogram procedure. While waiting a private room opened up which I was moved to. The cath team for the procedure was great, very professional but also kept the mood light playing some Michael Jackson Billie Jean during the procedure performed by Dr. Huynh. They were done in 11 minutes!
After that I was in great care from nurses Grace who was so sweet and so pregnant, Camille, Ram along with Dr. Kapyur.
The amount of tests run for monitoring my health was immense. I felt in good hands the entire stay right up until I was cleared for release (3 days).
Beyond release they followed up from day 1 and day 2 making sure I was ok and scheduling follow up appointments. I could not have felt more cared for and in better hands during a time where I was quite honestly quite unsure of my continued existence on this earth. I couldn’t be more thankful for the team there 🙏❤️. -Chad Room 1616

All of my kids were born here and the staff has always been amazing... except one time when we ran into a doctor that was a pointy object. But that was a blip.

We’ve had child births, emergencies, orthopedic care, and surgeries here. Always great.

My 80 year old mother in-law is here now for multiple complications. The staff is responsive and communicative with the family. The surgical team has been amazing for multiple procedure on different systems. The assessments and diagnostics have been spot-on.

The facility is always clean and fashionable.

We are blessed that this facility is in our back yard.

Worst hospital to deliver your baby DO NOT COME HERE. I genuinely feel so bad for all the women who have been wronged by this hospital. I feel terrible for all the women expecting to bring a life into the world safety, comfortably, and surrounded by love, only to be met with a cruel staff. If you get a nice nurse, you're in the 5% because most of these nurses are RUDE to mothers, old and new.

The staff is very, very unprofessional and they either don’t know how to talk to people, or they’re just plain rude on purpose. The woman at the front desk had a really terrible attitude and was rude to a minor there who asked her some clarifying questions.

Not only that, but the nurses “helping out” my sister in the delivery room were also extremely rude to her. At such a vulnerable time, the mother should be treated with kindness but instead the staff caused more pain for her.

Again, I feel terrible for all the women who have been wronged by the people at this hospital. The staff needs to purchase a book on etiquette and manners.
