The tech I had yesterday in the Lima office , to set up all test for eye surgery was great . When I asked her questions , she explained throughly. I having both eyes done for glaucoma and cataract. The surgeon Dr . Was quick and in and out . But I hear he’s great . So that’s what’s count . But the dr I see regularly is so kind and makes you feel important. So I highly recommend Spectrum for their eye care.

Outstanding in all areas. My family eye doctor and friend was out of state on vacation so I called their office and I was referred to spectrum eyecare for an emergency. From the time I stepped through the doors to time I walked back out. Everything was seamless. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and took care of me, they made sure all my questions were answered, and I left quite satisfied.

July 25 I had a procedure on my right eye. My appointment was at 3:40. Because of a walk in emergency, my procedure was not started until after 5. I really like Dr Gupta, and would highly recommend him, but Spectrum Eye Care needs to hire more doctors. In my opinion the wait time for any appointment is way too long.

Was cutting some small tree branches on a Friday late afternoon. The last one I cut dropped differently than all the others. The cut part fell and scratched my eye. Called and they worked me in after 4 pm on a Friday. The care was great and so thankful to be able to avoid a ER visit. Thank you. Followed up with an appointment on Sunday and the scratch was much better. Still a bit sore and sensitive to light but a world of difference from Friday evening.

Dr Gupta was very positive upbeat and energetic! I was extremely gratified to meet him for the first time and thankful for his very kind and considerate demeanor. He was methodical and measured during my eye exam and it made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very glad I found him for my ophthalmology needs!

Dr. Orr is always so sweet and in such a good mood. It's always such a pleasure to see him each time that I visit. He continues to be proactive in my care and is determined to find a solution to the disease plaguing my eyes. I'm so glad we were able to find him when we moved to Findlay 3 years ago. This was my first time.they were very busy and it took awhile before I got in to see the doctor. He very professional and know alots since I went to two other Dr's and they never told me about the one thing That I had with my eyes.. that he found. The staff is very nice and they explain everything that when went on in the exam. She explained everything that I didn't understand . I would highly recommend them.

I feel confident when I go here. Because he is an ophthalmologist. I found that I often am influenced on the purchase of glasses, but it is okay. What one must do is configure the right transition lens. My first pair had no transition, when all of my lenses from the Optometrists had full dark transition. The second pair had the transition that is the basic, pretty light, does not work when driving. The third pair, I requested the darker. Requested is the I key, for it was not on the prescription. The other thing is that I chose from USA made glasses. At first there was only one brand which I was told of, again the second time, but the third time another USA company was added and set aside the first. The girls are friendly but only when they are taking care of you. The office is a maze and I often chat with others a little. We are seated together after our eyes are dilated. It goes through rather speedily and the time with the doctor is pretty quick. My sister had her cataracts removed and she is happy, at age 79. Just remember to request transition and specify which one. Other rules should be inquired about. Returns, complaints, 90 days I think.

Dr. Hayes took time to explain my results and didn't try to push me into any unnecessary treatment. She listed my options and let me make my own decision. She was courteous and patient.
