This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Every person on the staff is not only professional and efficient they’re personable and actually make you feel like a human being instead of just another customer. The facility is clean with polished aesthetics which reflect their quality of work. I’m looking forward to coming back in the near future.

My spouse and I visited this dental practice based on the positive reviews we encountered ; however, it has proven to be a deceptive establishment. We now find ourselves in over $20,000 of debt, incurring high interest on a credit card that was recommended to us, and we did not receive the procedure we initially sought. Instead, we were persuaded to undergo treatments that primarily benefited their business model. My dental condition remains unchanged, with my teeth still loose, resulting in a complete financial loss. Regrettably, I am now obligated to pay for services that have not yielded any results. Furthermore, during the latter part of the surgery, I was in significant pain, yet the surgeon continued to inflict discomfort. Her conduct was utterly unacceptable. Do not be misled by their seemingly pleasant demeanor; their primary focus is financial gain. I strongly advise anyone to avoid dentists who attempt to charge exorbitant fees for their services.

Very clean! The Dentist are professionals! I feel that they really care for my teeth. The irrigation procedure is nice as well. The Dentist also saw my retainers which is a plus. I hope the waiting time after the xray could be shorter.

Like most people, I hated going to the dentist and put it off as long as I could. Then one day, I cracked an old filling. I was so embarrassed because it had been years since I had been to the dentist. I called around and was pretty much shamed by other offices. However, the staff at Southland Dental made me feel welcome, safe and like an actual person. There was no judgement, just people who wanted to help me and heal my tooth. Dr. Abaian is the most gentle & genuine dentist. He is also a genius! I have NEVER been more confident in my smile. I also haven't missed a cleaning since my first visit. I love everyone here. BUT I went to Southland Dental care for an extraction, wow from the front desk to dental assistants and the Doctor herself,GREAT excellent service,my worries left behind due to the excellent service! I’ve been a patient for many years and have had extensive work done there. My teeth and mouth are healthy now in my 60’s. I get my teeth maintained and cleaned by Azita and Dr. Abaian makes sure my smile looks good aesthetically. Dr. Hanookai is the surgeon and I’ve had gum surgery and dental implants with her. Both doctors are perfectionists and you need this with dentistry in my opinion. Couldn’t be happier with my results. Very nice staff to deal with as well. They always are nice, friendly and keep you comfortable.

Went in as a new patient because they took my insurance and I needed a filling. I think they were more interested in selling me cosmetic procedures over taking care of my teeth. I say this because after I turned down $10,000 veneers (for 4 teeth, I really only need 2) and felt they lost interest in me as a patient once I did. I got a rush cleaning afterwards and was told that was it. I knew the insurance wouldn’t cover cosmetic procedures, but it didn’t cover anything else either (which I guess isn’t their fault, but $600 just for local anesthesia for one tooth seems like a markup *DDD*) I’m sure they do great work, but I didn’t find the visit helpful.
