Was referred to Dr. Elisha’s office for my gums. I was told he’s good but that was an understatement. My initial visit was great. Raina at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. During my exam, the doctor explained my issues and what was going to happen to remediate.
During my procedure, I felt NO pain. The doctor often checked to make I was fine. I have to say this was probably the best dental care I’ve ever had. The entire staff from front office to back was caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice!

I just completed a gum graft with Dr. Elisha and his staff and felt compelled to write this review.

I was referred to Dr. Elisha’s office by my primary dentist of 18 years because my primary doesn’t do periodontal work.

I’d had gum grafts in the past, so I thought I knew what to expect. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Elisha shattered my beliefs about what to expect from the surgery and postoperative pain.

I was nervous going in because his office provided no pre-op anesthetic, which was standard procedure with my prior grafts. When I spoke to the front desk about it (a couple of times), I was reassured that it wasn’t needed. Although I was still anxious, I decided to trust my primary dentist’s recommendation and have faith in Dr. Elisha and his team.

And speaking of the team: in addition to thoroughly addressing my concerns, the front-office staff were highly competent and professional throughout the process. No problems or headaches with insurance like I’d had in the past.

During the surgery, Dr. Elisha and his assistant (who was also very attentive) worked quickly and efficiently; in fact, the entire procedure was done in about 15 minutes. My wife, who was in the waiting room, couldn’t believe it; my prior grafts had her waiting for well over an hour.

After the surgery, Dr. Elisha explained how a quicker operation facilitates better healing of the area. He mentioned other aspects of dentistry I’d never heard before but made sense intuitively. Looking back on our conversations, it’s very clear that he understands every nuance and wrinkle of his craft.

In the days that followed my surgery, my wife and I couldn’t believe how pain-free I was. Whereas I’d had to take Tylenol for a few days after my prior grafts, there was no pain at all after this one. A few hours after the surgery I did take some Tylenol, but that was it.

There was also no lingering discomfort. With all of my grafts, the dentist took skin from my palate to graft onto the recession area. Much of my pain and discomfort with prior grafts was from those palate stitches pulling on the roof of my mouth. But there was none of that with Dr. Elisha. In the week that followed my surgery, I had absolutely no discomfort nor pulling sensation. I’m not sure how he did it, but it was a stark and pleasant contrast to the post-operative pain I’d had in the past.

Fast-forward to few weeks later and the graft has healed beautifully. No problems whatsoever.

My prior surgeries had defined my beliefs about gum grafts. In fact, my wife’s trainer up north had her first graft a few months ago and I told her what to expect. Ha! I really need to call her back 😊. Needless to say, my primary dentist was right. I’m completely satisfied with Dr. Elisha’s work, and have found my new periodontist going forward.

In fact, if I wasn’t so loyal to my primary dentist, I’d switch over to Dr. Elisha in a heartbeat. I’m grateful to have him on my team though, and have complete confidence in any of the work he does.

Dr. Elisha provided impeccable service for my dental implant. He is extremely professional & caring, making you feel like you’re part of the family. He’s a perfectionist and completely efficient with a staff of professionals that are second to none. They are all so kind, and were flexible with my work schedule to help accommodate all of my needs. I have been to Dr. Elisha’s office approximately 6 times over the last several months and I have never waited more than 1 minute in the waiting room for my follow-up appointments. I never felt a second of discomfort or pain during any part of the tooth extraction or my dental implant.

Dr. Elisha has been my doctor for over 5 years, and I am very happy with the level of service and attention I receive from him and his wonderful staff. I have been suffering from an extreme form of periodontal disease my entire adult life, and needed to have 7 teeth removed and replaced as a result. The procedure and process provided many challenges given the extent of the bone damage--physically, emotionally and financially.

Dr. Elisha provided me with not only an effective surgery--7 unit bridge--he counseled me to make sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. The human touch that he provides truly separates him from other doctors.

In addition, the staff at the practice is excellent. I have been seeing Dr. Elisha's team for standard dental procedures, and I have always had a wonderful experience with the dentists he has on staff. The receptionist Reina is always super helpful and kind.

While Dr. Elisha runs a serious business, the tone of the practice is personalized and personal. Thank you.
