I had such a positive experience with this office. I went in for a root canal on a molar that was causing a lot of pain. From the front office to the dental hygienist to the doctor performing the procedure, everyone was top notch. I’m normally an anxious patient but they put me at ease and Dr. T talked me through what to expect and each step of the process. Very happy to have been referred to this office

My daughter and I have both had root canals performed by Dr. Roya G. She is the best! If you don’t like going to the dentist, she is a great doctor to visit. The entire Simi staff is always so sweet and helpful. Jade does a wonderful job taking X-rays. I normally dislike having my teeth X-rayed because I gag on the mouth piece but, she makes sure I’m comfortable. Also, I’m not a fan of shots/injections and I barely felt it at this office. Thank you!

I was referred to this office in Westlake. I called my insurance to verify my coverage before my making my appointment. The The dental office called me the day before said they couldn't get through that they always had troubles getting through and that I would have to pay out of pocket and then me go to my insurance company about being reimbursed. I canceled the appointment Hung up. Then I called my insurance company got right through again no problem. I don't know if this office is dishonest greedy or just incompetent.

Unfortunately I needed to have a root canal. My dentist referred me to the endodentists that do HIS root canals, Dr. David Pokras and Dr. Greg Trnavsky. The most difficult part for me is always the shots to numb you. They numbed me with a gel BEFORE the injections and that was amazing !
Minimal discomfort. It was a pain free procedure and immediate relief!! They were kind, gentle, empathetic and professional throughout the entire procedure! As was their support staff Jocelyn, Lucia, & Karina! They even called me the next day to check in on how I was healing! Just an amazing team!!

As soon as I walked it to this very peaceful office I knew I was going to have a good experience! Albert Dr. Kangs assistant was very kind polite and helpful. Dr. Kang herself equally kind polite and very thorough made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during the root canal procedure which she explained in detail before we got started. The entire office and staff had such a peaceful presence! I will be using them again! Thank you!!
