I ended up having to have a root canal on the last tooth in my mouth ,on the upper right. #2.
Needless to say, I was nervous and wondering how the Doctor was going to be able to get back there.
Dr. Cross came in and put my nerves to rest right away. He explained what was going to happen and his assistants were also very comforting. Savannah and Adela. They all worked perfectly together!
Dr. Cross did such a great job! He’s very gentle and proficient at what he does. I would recommend him, for sure!
My tooth was tender for a couple days after, which is totally normal, but feels great now and I’m able to save that tooth.
Thank you Dr. Cross and staff?

This place was amazing!!! They got me in 2 hours from the time I called and did a complete Root Canal on me. My appointment was at 3:30 they had me in a room by 3:45 and I was out by 5pm. I actually dosed off 2-3 times during the procedure. They are super friendly, courteous, efficient and fast. I had no real discomfort during or after the procedure. My dental assistant Adela was so great getting me an OJ before the procedure and checking on me often during the procedure. Dr. Cross was awesome. I went it worried about how painful the root canal might be but they have this worked into a fine art. Cannot think them enough. When you pull up to the building it ain’t much to look at but they are upstairs on the 2nd floor and the office space is clean and they are there ready to assist you. There were 3-4 people ahead of me but they spoke to me said we will be right with me and they were. Nobody wants a root canal but if you have to have one go here!

My experience with Southern Arizona Endodontics was excellent. I was experiencing significant discomfort and they were able to change my appointment to an earlier day. Dr. Jeff Keippel and Dental Technician Mildred were simply awesome. This was roughly a 2 hour procedure and they keep me informed throughout it all. Not that I want to have another root canal ever, but should the need arise it will be at Southern Arizona Endodontics. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to making me free of tooth pain.

Dr Cross and his team at Southern Arizona Endodontics were fantastic. I’d been having sensitivity for years and no dentist could find the problem. Using their specialized X-rays they discovered the problem. Dr Cross, his assistant and their whole team, from reception to check out were friendly and knowledgable. The root canal was painless and I’m feeling great. Thank you!

I am very fortunate to have an excellent dentist, and he referred me to Southern Arizona Endodontics. I could not be more pleased. The office staff that I dealt with were all extremely pleasant and friendly. I was in need of an emergency root canal, and in spite of an extremely busy schedule the week before Christmas, they got me in the same afternoon! Dr. Keippel has a very nice "chair-side" manner and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and feeling no pain. If a person has to have a root canal, you cannot go wrong with them.

I have had several root canals done by Dr Jeffery Keippel. He is the best and has saved my teeth more than 5 times. He takes the time to give you options so you are able to decide the best course of action for yourself. I highly recommend him if you need an Endodontist.

I don’t really write reviews, but I have honestly never had such professional and compassionate care in a medical setting before, in my life. I was also grateful to get a same day appointment as I was in a lot of pain. Jessie and Dr. Smith were both amazing. Root canals aren’t fun but I would recommend going here if you need one!

I just found out from my dentist one morning that I needed a root canal ? and Dr Cross at Southern Arizona Endodontics fit me in that afternoon in emergency slot. I’m very happy that Dr Cross did the root canal and all is well with my tooth day after. .He and his assistant worked as a great team with efficiency and expertise. Dr Cross had the steadiest of hands doing the procedure. I highly recommend him for tooth care.
