Very thorough and gentle teeth cleaning. Everyone was so kind and listened to everything I said, working with my needs. They cared to get to know me and my son during the visit and made us feel comfortable. They take very good care of their patients and even have a list of extras they offer for your comfort during your visit.

First time there and everyone was outstanding. They cared about what you are wanting to take away from the visit. Not to mention, I was having severe toothache pain that could not wait til next week. They got me in today and I go back tomorrow to complete the procedure. I pray they keep the friendly and loving atmosphere there!! I’m hoping that my visit tomorrow to finish the procedure is as it was today, outstanding. I am that person that if I am spending my hard earned money to come to your establishment, I expect to be treated with the same care/courtesy you would give your family. Let me tell you, they did that!!

Unfortunately, as much as I would love to give this place a good review, I never got that far. The nice workers and dentist will make you let your guard down and the "comfort menu" would make anyone scared of the dentist instantly relax. I asked MULTIPLE TIMES when I made the appointment as well as when I got there if they "took my insurance" and was told that they did. But when I was shown the estimated cost breakdown for a root canal, the amount seemed high for someone with 2 insurances! I asked, using different words, "Are you in network for my insurances?" And was met with "Unfortunately we are NOT IN NETWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE."! I had to cancel and leave immediately. Be careful, everyone, and ask the right questions! It's a nice place, but wording is important!

Was able to schedule emergency appointment on same day. Office very nice and clean. Front office staff very friendly and accommodating. The dental tech and Dentist very professional, caring and attentive to our needs. Thank you for the great service

Absolutely love it! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the building. I haven’t had a cleaning in years and was very self conscious and anxious but I did not feel that way once I met the staff. I have recommended this place to multiple people since my appointment earlier this afternoon.

The entire experience was amazing! The staff was warm, kind, and friendly. They treat you like family! They take time out to get to know you. When you first arrive, they give you a tour of the place. They explain to you the best procedure for you! They allow you to ask questions about anything you don't know! They showed great concern and were very knowledgeable ! It was great! I would recommend my family and friends to visit them! Keep doing an awesome and amazing job!!!! Thanks so much!!

Very welcoming environment! As a new patient, I have never been given a tour of the office describing each room and it's purpose. After discussing my situation, she asked what were my biggest concerns about the visit and had a card with prompts to guide me and keep us all on the same page. And then she did the same with my goals for the visit. All the staff were beyond nice and professional. I am new to Columbus and to Georgia. I feel I've hit the jackpot with Southeastern Dentistry in Columbus!!!!
