Where to start? This office is amazing from the amazing staff in the front, Valerie to be exact, all so nice and professional to the assistant in the back, Evelyn explaining everything in simple terms so I understood what was happening, to the very top Dr. C, who is by far the best surgeon around. He made sure I was comfortable and answered all my annoying questions, even on surgery morning; knowing I was so nervous, he spoke to me about everything and nothing till I was asleep. Hands down the best experience of my life, I will forever be a patient and only go to SVOFS when I need an extraction.

They were very polite and easy to talk to. Love the Doc. However I have asked multiple times to get a quote on my next surgery and see what is covered exactly by my 2 policies. There seems to be a reluctance to give me the information that I have Asked for. I feel it's a fair question since I have to spend my money. For the surgery

Went in Yesterday for my wisdom tooth extraction I was so nervous about doing it but I'm so Grateful for the staff there the girls are very Welcoming and Hospitable they make you feel at home & I soon felt comfortable and confident that i was in Good Hands with Doctor C. The procedure was easy & quicker than I thought I was out in less than 40min & what I appreciate the most was his call last night to follow up and just check if I was doing okay if my bleeding had stopped or in any pain. I appreciate him Calling & making me feel cared for. Overall my experience was Amazing I'd highly recommend this Doctor to anyone i come across in need of a wisdom tooth removal from a specialist!!! He's awesome & so is the Staff!! 😊👍

My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth pulled out, the staff was very friendly and made the process not so scary for her. Dr was great and even called to check up on her the next day.

South Valley Oral and Facial Surgery was 5 out 5 for me- I attended the Gilroy Office for my Wisdom teeth removal. The front desk women (office manager and receptionist) were awesome and really warming people. The assistants were just so polite and nice. I've had some pretty bad dentist visits in my past and visiting this place was not one of them. The surgeon Dr (Chehrehsa) was really cool. He called me personally the same day of my surgery maybe close if not at 8pm to check up on me to see how I was feeling. That I greatly appreciated. He responded to emails I sent to him quickly and hes great . The whole team there is really awesome 🤙:) and recommend them if anyone is unsure where to go about Wisdom teeth removal!

Dr. Chehrehsa at South Valley Oral and Facial Surgery is not only highly skilled but also gentle, patient and kind! I drive more than 300 miles from home for oral surgery because he has my confidence. His staff is conscientious about billing accurately. There was a mixup on one occasion when I'd been given an appointment at one office on a day when he was at another; but they promptly resolved it. I recommend him without hesitation.
