It is a new dentist for me so when I arrived the facility is so large I was overwhelmed at first. I thought i would get lost and not really
be noticed, WAS I WRONG! Everyone from the front desk the young lady who checked me out , to the intake woman Kimberly to my hygienist Stephanie and wow my dentist Dr Lauren Chan what a wonderful Dr. she is! I felt so welcomed! Everyone answered all my questions without being annoyed. ( with all my questions.) It just felt real nice.. I'm very grateful for Tara referring me! My teeth never looked so good. They sparkled!!

Overall experience was great, from the check in to the check out process, staff were very friendly and professional. Yoly and Dr Kamille were both great, feathery hands, no pain while they were working on my teeth/gums. I actually dozed off, that’s how relaxed they made me. ?

My regular hygienist was not available and Stephanie filled in for her! She was very friendly, efficient with the cleaning and helped me set up future appointments! Very pleasant experience!

MY TOOTH WAS FALLING APART! Well, if one chew on food for almost 73 years, such event should be expected, right? Still I was in high anxiety, calling different dental offices to get help during the weekend. Luckily SSF Dental Care called me first thing in the morning and gave me an appointment on the same day. Lady Luck was smiling on me.

I was cared for by Dr Mercado. She spent ample time to listen to my symptoms and check on the tooth. It was just a piece of an old filling that broke off. Dr Mercado examined the molar, removed the old filling, cleaned it up and gave it a new filling. For now my tooth is saved. My gratitude is great. ?

She communicated clearly with me the various steps of the whole job. Her patience and care in giving me the numbing shot reduced the pain nicely.

Her youthful appearance may deceive you. Don’t mistake her for a dental school student. I looked up her info in the SSFDC office website afterward and was quite impressed with her credentials. Now I have even greater confidence in her care.

I'm very scared of the dentist since I was 8 in the 90's it was a torture chair. All of this being said, I overcame my fear and went here. Even though the experience was amazing with the personnel, anything dental still is unpleasant. There is not a single person who likes others digging in their mouths. Having said that the staff here was able to make these discomforts bearable. If you are scared of the dentist this is the place to go.

I love Dr. Camille. Her care and attentiveness makes my trip to the dentist actually comfortable. Carlos is a great detail assistance and has the skills to handle many of my dental needs. Honestly, I was so sad when my original dentist, Dr. Paik retired. But I am so happy to have found this dental office.

I've never reviewed a dental practice as I've never had much good to say. I've always had a dislike and even fear of dentists from a horrible experience as a child. The staff at this office changed all of that! They are kind, patient, proficient and friendly. They go above and beyond working with you to schedule appointments and they seem to truly care about their patients.
