First visit was very good. Friendly staff and straightforward. Explained insurance implications very well.

Second visit for deep cleaning went very well. Dr. Ahmedo is very thorough and I enjoyed the comedy banter between the doctor and his assistant while I was lightly tortured. 🙂 I kid as it wasn't too bad. I was given the choice of a topical gum numbing agent or the old shot in the gums.

Front office person was very friendly and easy to work with as well.

Dr. Ahmedo's work is a testament to his expertise in cosmetic dentistry. He is passionate about delivering high quality results and devising a detailed treatment plan to achieve desired outcomes. His office manager Alexa is very knowledgeable on all things insurance. I always feel very well taken care of by the doctor and his staff.

I was a patient of the practice before Brite Smile Dental took over, and boy am I glad they did! I had a pretty terrible experience before, but Allie at the reception desk, reached out to me to let me know Brite Smile took over, and that I was due for a cleaning. She was so accommodating, professional, and kind - she made me actually want to go back to the dentist, even after such a terrible experience before.

When I got there, I was greeted BY NAME. They knew to expect me and got me right into the chair after I filled out my paperwork. ALSO WANT TO NOTE - COVID-19 friendly office for sure! Dr. Ahmedo was super fun and friendly. He is incredibly smart and seriously cares about the person in the chair. His assistant was tremendous! So kind and gentle and communicative.

I felt like this was exactly the practice I've been looking for since I moved to California. Professionalism at it's finest. So accessible. New technology. Great music & atmosphere, even at 8:00 AM!

This was my second visit to this new dental office. Previously I had a cleaning and examination. For this visit, I had 3 crowns replaced. I am a dental phobic (yes, at some level aren't we all?) and anything dental is quite difficult for me. However, from the receptionist Allie and her assistant Ann, the dental assistant Susan, a visiting student Grace, to Dr. Ahmedo, the entire staff works to establish a professional office that also helps calm and allay the anxiety of patients. A central positive attribute here is that Dr. Ahmedo and the dental assistant Susan listened carefully to whatever I was saying and respected my requests while answering questions that I had. Additionally, Dr. Ahmedo kept checking in with me regarding how I was doing and alerting me to whatever he was about to do next. This visit was among the best dental experiences I have ever had. Sadly, it will not be my final visit, but I can say that I will be much less anxious regarding future visits to this office.

From Ali at the front desk to Dr. Ahmedo, my first experience was geniunely friendly, listened with frank attention to details and effortless in helping me move forward in my treatment.

I am a former patient of the previous practice, now retired, but they took me right in. My implant work apparently is failing and doctor and Ali were all in to try and help me when I discovered I had an infection and gaping hole in the gum surrounding my bridge of implants. It is not going to be easy but I look forward to returning my bright smile again!

First appointment: showed up and was told that doctor is performing surgery and can't fit me in. Would of been nice to get a call or text notifying me of this.
Second appointment: 10 minutes after appointment start, they tell me doc is is leaving now... 20 minutes later they say he is on the way. Doc wasn't even there for my appintment.
They don't respect their patients time at all. avoid.
