I am sitting here SoLano health Dept in Vallejo ca. My appointment s schedule for 8am. It I'd now 11:22am. I understand they can be a four hour wait. There hadn't been any eye contact or someone discussing the cause of the delay. No staff has greeted or spoke to anyone regarding g this love g wait. I'm one of the last clients attending. Do I have to walk next door and file a complaint with the county courthouse next door. That what I will do after this appointment.now I've been here four hours and still waiting to be called for a G.A. appointment. They all see me sitting here but they ignore my presence .now they explain I have to start all over from the beginning to reapply.

All I can say this place needs to be sued for medical neglect cause they keep playing with my health when they know what's going on since they have evidence and pretend my problems went away. In fact it's gotten worse but won't finish anything that we started. I have to go to the urgent care department because they refuse to help.

To go down there and expect help instead of a Plexi glass set five feet from where you just went through security, no one is there but security and a man behind Plexi glass that read " trainee" and he asks what I need, I say everything and I need my son off of my benicits papers, he hasn't lived with me in years and he hands me a price of paper and says write down what you want changed and put it an envelope that I must be pro iding myself and put it in the box outside...lol. And like I wanna sit down with someone and get HELP WITH ALL MY STIFF LIKE THEY USED TO...NOW THERES A GUY THAT LOOKS UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN BE THERE... VALLEJO MUST JAVE CUT ALL THAT FUNDING.
