The Dentis office is a waste of your time and money I call for an emergency root canal so I make an emergency appointment to tell me yes I need a new root canal.(not shit I really new that ) I already knew that, bc my tooth is broken and they told me I had to reschedule other appointment to do a check up and another appointment to do the root canal. What in hell is that why I need to make so much appointments in this clinic to do a services . And now I wondering if I’m the only one that is happened in this clinic and how much money they’ve been charging my insurance for all this not sense visit . This place should do better and fix this problem .vacaville location 👎🏼

I live in Fairfield, but prefer to go to the Vacaville department. Vacaville's for sure may need new upholstery. However the customer service response in person in Vacaville is way better then Fairfield. There is hardly people in their waiting lobby. They take care of walk ins in a timely manner. The times Ive been here, as soon as I get my ticket Im quickly called up...good work to all the front staff here! They are fast, patient and very helpful! I was just there today..and I wished I would have gotten the name of who assisted us...she was awesome!

The back staff (Caucasian Woman with blonde hair) needs to be trained on ethics!!! The doctor tells parent one thing, then this lady walks me and my child in front of other patients and loudly speaks about daughter’s sensitive health information!!!! And it wasn’t even what the doctor had just said 🙄 totally outrageous

This rating is for those staff answering calls. I can’t speak for everyone but every time I call this clinic I always end up speaking to staff who is rude, impatient and talks like they are so entitled. They never let you finish what you’re trying to say and always seems to rush you to end the call right away. The providers are excellent but the support staff specially those answering phone calls clearly need a lot of training for a better customer service.

Highly disappointed with the lack of communication this office holds. The doctors are telling parents babies are totally fine. Three weeks later she needs to be under sedation!! This could have been slightly communicated. They just take notes & talk to each other. TALK TO THE PARENTS!!!

Dental office is super quick, in and out within the hour! Very friendly staff and the atmosphere when you get back in the chair is calm and happy. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't see my 6 month old for his doctors appointment because we were 5 min late! The woman's response at the desk was "you can't be even 1 minute late". Have you ever had a sick baby and tried getting them ready and out of the house? How can you send away a baby over a 5 minute time discrepancy, and can't get him in for another appointment for 3 weeks?! Completely wrong for a pediatric office to not care for a child's health. This is why people go to emergency rooms over minor illnesses, so they can actually get seen. We will be changing his primary care provider immediately.

Very rude and snide over the phone at the dental clinic. The office people are okay. The worker who handled my case was VERY judgemental and racist. Sent fraud people to my house. Worked me in circles for over a month because she was unspecific when asking for documents. Why sign up to help and work with low income people if your a Judgemental, stuck up, down talking, miserable, horrible person?
