Dr. Carol Smith did a root canal for me and I am very pleased. Through the years I have had several root canals with no trouble and she continued that trend for me. She was very competent and also very pleasant. She explained the procedure, kept me updated and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable and had no pain. When the feeling returned as the anesthesia wore off, still no pain. I highly recommend her. And all the staff members that I dealt with were great too.

Every one was very professional and nice. They worked me into their schedule as I was in a lot of pain. Dr Smith and his assistant did a fantastic job! Explained what my problem was and fixed the problem. Thank you for the job you do!! 10/10!!

Dr. Carol Smith was exremely thorough evaluating whether I needed a root canal. It was clearly evident her main objective was the well-being of her patients and not performing unnecesssry services. She was extremely pleasant and very informative. I didn't need a root canal at the moment, but when I do, I will definitely go back to Smith & Smith.

Endodontist ran behind, but it was fine. He apologized. I assume he fit in individuals that were scheduled Friday (weather alert day). He explained procedure, he kept my nerves numb and he showed me final results. Shots were also painless. He attempted to distract with jokes. Assistant gave me Ibuprofen. Never had any pain even two days out (now).

I had a particularly difficult root canal done with Dr. Smith. The root system of the tooth was unusual to say the least, and I don’t think anyone else could have saved it. He was very kind and compassionate about any discomfort I had and quickly remedied it. His calm and professional manner put me at ease (I have a lot of anxiety!) and I am very thankful for getting away from the pain of a tooth gone bad. He is an amazing endodontist!

From Nicole greeting you when you enter to Dr Wilder Smith’s insane sense of humor, it was a great experience. Dr Smith is about solving the issue and not making money which is awesome. Very thorough, detailed, and handles you with care. Highly recommended.

Service is always exceptional! Can't feel the injections. Had 2 root canals with only minimal pain afterwards controlled with Ibuprofen. Only endodontist I will use! Highly recommend!

Smith & Smith are truly the “root canal specialists” as advertized! I was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision. I was able to have the procedure with local anesthetic, providing comfort and with absolutely no pain. A very clean, pleasant environment. The staff are professional, friendly, and will treat you with all respect and kindness.
