I had no problems with the procedure, he knew his stuff and did really great work. The reason why it is not 5 star is the confusion with the payment. After they looked at my insurance they told me all I had to pay was a certain amount that was about half the actual bill, so I walked out of the office thinking I was done. A year later they got ahold of me again, saying that I was in debt another $450 to them. When I originally went in for my root canal, I saved up enough money so that I could pay it all out of pocket, but that money disappeared over the year they took to get ahold of me. It just caused unnecessary stress. I do not see the point in telling someone they only have to pay a certain amount, just to charge more later. No problem with the skill of the dentist though, they are great at their job.

Such a great experience for a bit of a daunting procedure. The doctor and all staff were so incredibly kind, and the doctor walked through and explained every part of the procedure as it was happening. Very thorough, and you can tell they care about every patient even if they only see them once in their practice.

It's 2024 and their front office doesn't have an answering machine or hold, it will just give a busy tone when you call in. I was called to get on an appt opening, wasn't able to call back for over 30 minutes, by the time I did appt was filled. The snarky receptionist just said "oh well, when we're busy we're busy heh, just one line" This place is super unprofessional, The endodontist might be good, but he's got bad office staff.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Smith’s office for the procedure. They were very professional the entire visit.I even commented that I did not take good care of my teeth and one of the doctor aids said ‘we don’t judge’ . And they didn’t.It was a great experience. Minus the fact of Getting your teeth drilled on, That’s never fun no matter who you are. Dr. Smith was awesome. Before the procedure he went over the risks versus rewards of the procedure and made sure I understood both.The procedure went Relatively quick and almost painless given the circumstances. I would definitely recommend having major dental work done here. Dr. Smith communicated very clearly throughout the procedure what he was doing and what the next step was. They are very nice And friendly people here and know what they are doing. Hopefully I don’t have to visit again.But if I need major dental work done again I will definitely have no problem going back. The Office staff was amazing and so was Dr. Smith.They even call to check up on you the next day to make sure you were OK.

I highly recommend this Dr. -Him and his staff, are so very friendly. Always smiling. Knowledge of service provided. It is more costly, but I personally feel that it is worth it. He did 2 root canals procedures in one day and two the next day. Each double procedure took less than an hour total. That's two root canals in less than an hour. He is thorough and professional. Excellent bedside manner. Assistants are Fantastic. Very smooth process. I am one who had one horrific root canals done when I was 15 yrs old that has prevented me from getting any further dental work done for 20 years. Bringing me to need 4 more n partial dentures. Dr. Smith made me very comfortable n I felt NOTHING. Dr. Jason Smith is the endodontist to go to. "Highly recommended!"👍💯

I had three root canals done at this office this month. Root canals are generally not pleasant, but Dr Smith and his assistant did an excellent job! I didn’t feel any pain. The staff did a great job making sure I was comfortable and followed up with me the next day. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but I would definitely return if I do!

Hands down the best! My denstist had started my root canal and they hurt me so much, told me they couldn’t finish it and I needed to see a specialist.
So I googled reviews and found Smith Endodonist. There is no where that compares to this place. They make sure you are comfortable and have ZERO pain!
The staff is incredible, the doc is amazing. If you need a root canal you want to go here!

I cannot recommend Dr. Smith and his lovely office staff enough!

Dr. Smith and his sweet dental assistant's bedside manner put me at such ease when I was in severe pain. He did an excellent job on my root canal, walking me through the procedure and constantly monitoring my pain level. With the sort of pain I was in, he had to move swiftly through the procedure since my dental nerves (?) could only tolerate so much. As he was working, anytime I flinched, he would add more anesthetic.

This was the most comfortable root canal I've ever had plus he finished the procedure in under an hour! I am so incredibly grateful to him, his assistant, and his staff. I was finally able to sleep through the night and get through my day without pain.
