Staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Wong are all so nice and great with our three year old twins. Office is clean and has a lot of activities to keep the kids busy while you wait for your appointment. Good news is you barely have to wait before they call you back. On time, thorough and efficient, communicative, just a great experience all around.

This was my toddler's first dentist appointment. The environment is so kid friendly and fun. The staff did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable and engaged her curiosity. It couldn't have been a smoother experience.

It was the best experience. It was my child’s first ever dentist appointment, and I was very nervous about it. He is four (late I know) and sometimes does not do well with new places or sensory experiences. He also had some discoloration on his teeth. Dr. Lily and the staff were all amazing. They were kind and understanding and professional. They cleaned his teeth right up quite quickly, and I cannot imagine it going better! No cavities and going back in six months! Thank you so much!

Our 15 and 12 year old sons have been seen at Smiling Sea for both dentistry and orthodontics since they were little. We love the staff and all the doctors. We have never had anything other than a great experience during our visits. The newly expanded space is beautiful and it remains cozy and still has a family feel despite the larger office space.

Addendum (Dec 2024)
Our older son woke up with one side of his face swollen two days ago. We called Smiling Sea in the afternoon and the got him in for an appointment with Dr Chung first thing the next morning. They were so friendly and thorough. The problem ended up not being dental-related, and Dr. Chung correctly assessed what the likely problem was and referred us to our pediatrician. We were so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and compassion.

Again, we cant recommend this office highly enough!

Dr. Lily was incredible. Kind, patient, and firm. My son was not being easy and despite that she did an incredible job all the while remaining kind and calm. I am so grateful. I can also say that she was very honest with what we needed and didn’t need!

I've been bringing my 3 kids to Dr. To for 14 years. She is excellent, thorough and direct. Her customer service and staff people are nice and friendly too. (which is rare) The atmosphere in the office is the ideal setting for kids. They love coming here.

We loved Smiling Sea .Matthew is 11 months did not cry once . it's a lovely place very well decorated Reception was very polite . Doctor Chung was very informative showed us exactly what we needed with diagrams and pictures of what was going on with his gum line and even let us know where the next eruptions were Located. We left as a very happy informed and satisfied family

Excellent. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Kids were very excited to see all the games and cool stuff in the waiting area which gets them excited to come back again. Scheduling with receptionist was easy, check in was easy.
