For my first time visiting this dentist office, I felt nothing but friendly vibes with each individual. Even making my appointment over the phone, I felt a friendly vibe with one of the representatives. Yes they made me feel comfortable. I believe the next time I come I’ll be fine when I get what needs to be done to my teeth.

I came to this office years ago when it was Dr Mondavi, he was awful! I was terrified of going back. I received a call from this office several months ago and they let me know it was new staff and a new dentist. I decided to give them a try and I am so glad that I did. The staff is kind and helpful and the new dentist, she is awesome. She takes her times, talks me through everything and has been really great. I’m no longer a scaredy-cat

My experience at Smiles West was excellent! Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. As a new patient, I felt that I’d finally found the kind of dentist that I’d hoped for. Dr. Choudary provided prompt and expert care in a warm and caring manner. She explained everything well so I felt comfortable with the care approach. I will definitely be a long term patient of this office.

I was very impressed how fast I was taken in, my first time ever being to this Dentist , she was very quick with her diagnosis. I was in severere pain with a bad burn and scrape from my upper plate , the burn was from hot soup that went under my upper plate and the hot food made it so painful then i tryed to get the upper plate off and that tore my gums even on top of the burn , it was ouching quite a bit, she gave an aneseptic wash and oral liquid lidocaine, she very sweet and really cared about the pain I was in , thank you so much for taking such really great care of me . You are a Godsend

I’m basing my review on the outstanding customer service this office had. Everyone was so nice from the front receptionist to the financing lady (don’t remember her name) but top notch for me was this Dentist! So gentle and understood my anxiety and handled it well. I am now a permanent patient of this dentist!! A+!!!!

Took my mom in the get a check up it’s been a while and she avoids it at all cost. She was extremely nervous and was not sure that anyone there spoke Spanish. To our surprise the dentist attempted to speak Spanish and her assistant Ruth translated the rest she was very sweet and patient with her. The manager Jasmine was also kind and patient when explaining my mom’s treatment and very informative. We definitely recommend!!!
