I’ve been coming here for over 12 years. Great doctors and reasonable prices. Just started my Invisalign treatment here and I’m only 3 months in and happy with my results but most importantly I’m happy with the great care that the doctor gives me to ensure I don’t get cavities as it’s prone with this treatment.

if you get a check up and x rays here, ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion. i don't even write reviews but these people are money hungry. they told me i needed 2 crowns and 3 other fillings but when i got a 2nd opinion i only needed 3 fillings which were from surface cavities. cannot describe my displeasure with this group because dental hygeine sticks with you for your entire life, and you cannot grow back the teeth that they drill from you.

The anxiety of finding a good dentist is so hard in this town. If you are looking for a caring light handed honest doctor you are in luck. The best part of this office is when she gives you the shot you don’t feel a thing. In the past three years she’s been my go to dentist for all my dental needs. The prices are great the office is very friendly and the doctor is amazing! Look no further! give her a try. she is absolutely the best.

Our experience at this dental office has been very disapproving. The office is extremely dirty and the staff is rude and not knowledgeable. this dentist is not qualified to do anything more than deep cleanings and xrays. i will be reporting this office to my insurance company to be removed from their list of dentist. this office can't accommodate patients with emergency visits, and once you get into the office you spend 30 plus mins just filling out paperwork. Note: this is even with returning patients. if i could put less than 1-STAR I would. don't go to this dentist if you really care about your teeth! Dr Irina Shahinyan should have her dental license pulled.

Dr Shanashyan is a great dentist! However her support staff is not so good! Let me explain: I took my wife to her dental office over two months ago for a problem with a molar. She explained that her office staff would have to get authorization from the insurance prior to any work..Remember that was two months ago! My wife has been in severe pain for that long! Today we called the insurance company and was told that NO one has contacted them requesting authorization!? So we call Smiles dental group again and explained what we we’re told. The office staff then assured us they would call right now and request authorization, (Elisebeth) .. So where did the ball get dropped Office staff! Who? Good question! The dentist needs to made aware of this problem, as it makes her look bad! As for now that office is in big trouble, with a rateing of one star! Oh for the record we are still waiting for a call from the dentist office....I think we will be forced to change dentist!

I have put off going to the dentist for over two years because of my last experience but Dr. Irina and her staff helped me feel at ease from the start. I knew I was in for a little work but she made it seem less overwhelming. There might be hope for my teeth after all.
