Standout dental facility with very professional staff. From start to finish I felt they genuinely cared about me.....Dr Koo assessed my condition. Stressing its complications she offered her recommended approach and urged I get a second opinion...I did. It completely confirmed her findings and recommendation, which incidentally was the least costly...I returned to the Spa and underwent the procedure without delay... That evening Dr Koo called me at home to verify I was OK!

The best place to get your teeth done....staffs were very nice and professional. Place is very nice and clean. Dr. Jane Koo is very understanding and accommodating....she even set me up for an installment plan so patients like me can afford whatever procedure needs to be done on my teeth. Now no more pain!!! The best dentist ever!!! I love Dr. Koo!!! 🙂

I started with the Smile Spa when I moved to Tucson in 2004. My last visit was in December of 2013 with the new dentist Dr. Koo. I was shocked to be informed that I had gum disease even though I have impeccable oral hygiene and have never missed a cleaning. She suggested a deep cleaning and charged me $235.00 for an exam, no Xrays!! Much higher than under Dr. Malek. Needless to say I was very upset and felt the amount was excessive. My next exam with a different dentist proved to have much more positive results. Dr. Koo was however quite pleasant, but in spite of that I had to take my business elsewhere. I really miss this place!! No one else offers such a unique dental experience in Tucson. 🙁

This is a lovely new home for my favorite dentist: Dr. Koo! She is truly an angel. She never has given me any pain... her touch is delicate and precise. Her staff is truly delightful! I must confess I look forward to every visit. While there are always growing pains when there is change; I am sure that Smile Spa will be a rewarding visit for anyone who is looking for high class, professional service.

I have been with Dr. Koo for over a year now. The staff and Doctor have always treated me with utmost respect and friendly attention, from the moment I walk in the door. Dr Koo has wonderful ethnics in all areas. very friendly and totally know what they are doing.I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a Dentist and staff who know their stuff, these are the people you want working on your precious mouth.

Positives:
Staff were very kind and accommodating
Quality of care was very good (to my knowledge, as I am not a dentist myself, but it seemed good)
Facility was clean and fancy

Areas for Improvement:
Staff were late to my appointment (about 15 minutes) and the doors were locked when I arrived (about 10 minutes before my appointment time). I was told that the staff were all on lunch.
I am all for team members taking healthy lunch breaks, but it would have been better to schedule a time that worked for both parties so that I didn't waste my workday time waiting.

Staff were bouncing between many patients at one time, which led to significant delays. I don't know if there is a solution to this.

Worst service ever. They told my sister to get here at 9:45. Had to wait outside for 30mins because we got here at 9:40. She kept calling my sister that she was around the corner but she lied. She didn't get here till 10:07. Terrible service
