Been taking our kids here for years.
Twice we had issues with them regarding billing due to new insurance. First time they billed us hundreds of dollars though we were in-network with Humana. It only took us reaching out to our insurance to fix the issue as the office had no interest in correcting their mistake. We stuck with them as the issue had been resolved but didn't excuse the fact they had no care to look into or further explain when we had questions.

Fast forward a few years and we have a new insurance. Front desk makes no effort to explain that our insurance is not in full coverage when we spend 15 min prior to the appointment gathering info that they could look up on their end themselves. Now we receive a bill for $300 for cleanings because they only take partial, plus an additional 20% because of the "specific office location". No mention of that prior to our appointment or online via Delta Dental to corroborate what they are claiming so to me, this is just an unnecessary up charge.

The receptionist, Rita, had attitude and kept repeating info with no explanation When I was asking questions regarding the bill. She was constantly coughing and sniffing over the phone--most likely sick and didn't want to deal questions prior to closing. It was obvious she couldn't care less of the situation and was not willing to further explain her 4 worded responses or even take ownership for the lack of communication that occurred.

Our kids will miss the dentists they spent most of their lives visiting but we will look to another office that communicates clearly and does not make us feel like they don't care to speak to us when we have questions.

Simi Children’s Dental Group is the best and our children LOVE going to the dentist!!!!! As a parent, I’m always happy with the communication from the dental staff and their gentle/patient approach during every visit. We have been coming here since 2016 and we will continue.

Every single person in the office is very nice and helpful. The dentists are really Nice and quick with their exams and only perform procedures when necessary. I went to them after we were seeing another dentist who I just felt was constantly finding to many things wrong with my kids and requiring procedures. I went here for a second opinion and they haven’t required anything extra from my children like the other office did. We’ve been very happy!

LOVE THEM! The fact that my oldest was bummed about NOT getting to go, says it all. The spaceship theme and all the little touchscreens for entertainment is also a win.

We have always had a good experience here, but our experience today with Daisy, the hygienist, was the best by far. She was extremely captivating and calming with my 3 year old and made her feel really comfortable! The dentist was great as well.

Dr. Nina and staff are so great. My son is autistic and truly struggles at the dentist office. Everyone was so kind and took their time to make sure he was comfortable!

Second generation coming here and it still does not disappoint. Staff amazing, Dr. Nina amazing, and the office is still so relevant and up to date technologically to space theme. they made my little feel like a space princess!!!
