Customer service is superb because everyone is really nice. Dr. Shirinian's office has got to be one of the most efficient office that I have experienced. For my first appointment, it was just the exam but because I was sent the forms beforehand the whole check-in process was seamless. I walked in and Norma, the office manager, immediately warmly greeted me by my name (probably because I uploaded my ID in one of the forms lol). Then I waited like less than a minute to be brought to the room, where Shirak helped me with my x-rays. He was super nice and told me to let him know if I found anything uncomfortable. On top of efficiency, they also have a Comfort Menu where you're able to ask for earplugs, a neck pillow, blanket, and more (see attached photo). They just go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable when sometimes it's not the most fun place to be.
At another visit, Selena helped me with my cleaning and she was nice and gentle. Ian and Tatev helped me pre/post extraction, they were sweet and helpful too. Dr. Shirinian also kept reassuring me that the extraction was going to be easy because I was pretty nervous about it and he was right, he made it super comfortable and pretty much painfree (because of all the numbing). Grateful for the wonderful staff. Thank you guys!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend – Amazing Emergency Care!

I can’t thank Signature Smiles Dental Group enough for their incredible care during my dental emergency. I was in excruciating pain and needed urgent treatment, and Norma went above and beyond to get me in last minute.

I ended up needing a root canal, and the entire team was extremely cautious and gentle because they knew I was extra afraid of pain. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, gave me a heated blanket, and to my surprise, I didn’t feel a thing! Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference.

I highly recommend this office to anyone needing expert dental care, and I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs. Thank you again to the entire team for making such a stressful situation so much easier!
