My lower molar was hurting bad and realize that either I’ve got a cavity or maybe part of a filling came out and it was a great experience at Sierra Smiles. They were able to perform an x-ray and get a mold quickly same day get a brand new crown a very affordable price for a porcelain crown.

The staff is professional and very helpful The doctor was kind and polite and very friendly
I recommend this office to anyone that’s local in the Auburn area near Bell Road and Highway 49

The clinic called me asked to come 1.5h earlier than my appointment. I made my schedule to work around it. I came 1.5 h earlier, checked in. They have done X-rays and after that I waited for 1 h and 10 min for a doctor's visit. It was simple checkup and cleaning. It did not make any sense to reschedule me, I just waisted my time waiting in the chair for a doctor. Awful customer service. Don't recommend!

My mom had a dental emergency and we needed to see a dentist asap. It was a Friday and last minute we didn't want to wait through the weekend incase there was an infection going on. Shout out to the front staff, they knew how urgent it was and got us in immediately. Special thanks to Dr. Wadhwah for being patient and explaining what was going on with my moms tooth issue. We are both grateful!

I used to love coming here. They were always very nice, but at this most recent visit they wouldn't allow me to go back with my son initially because he was nervous then I asked again and they allowed it and she said well he won't listen to me so I can't do his teeth and we won't be having him back. Though every time he's been here before now he was fine. The only difference is I was allowed back there all the other times.

Then for my other son they wouldn't take him to clean his teeth because he has braces and yet every time before today they have always cleaned his teeth irregardless of his braces, same as with mine.

It seems like they have new drs here bc I don't recognize a few of them. They were completely rude.

What's worse is they were 25 min late for taking my sons back for his appt. and when you check in they don't show you any documents they just say sign this pad. You have no idea what you're really signing. They don't give you documents to look at. You just have to believe them that, that's what you're signing. The lady who checked us in kept rolling her eyes bc I couldn't hear what she was saying to me.

Stay away from this office if you want to be seen by professionals. The only good person who works here is a hygienist that I can't remember her name but she's from the middle east. I think she told me India but I can't remember. She is an amazing person and the best hygienist I have ever been to. Everyone else here, awful.

Ashlynn made sure everything went smooth. They took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean and well-organized, and I felt confident in the quality of care I received. I highly recommend Sierra Smiles for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist in the Auburn area.

I paid for my dentures NBA year ago $4880.0 p cash and 5k insurance paid they made me 2 sets because the first set wouldn't fit in my mouth they were huge. 2nd set is yellow and wrong size. my insurance co says it was illegal for them to overcharge me
$ 2800. they refuse to ref I nd my money as b d I have no teeth

I recently visited here as I have been looking for new dentist office, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The office itself was clean and inviting. Quality of care I received was top-notch and my experience was truly 5-star, and I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs!

I did not have a good experience, I really feel like the doctor was after a money grab and prescribing something that wasn’t ultimately necessary right now. My cray was same as last time and we were monitoring and he said I needed deep cleaning which cost $2000 and I have very little deep pockets and would like to have had a regular cleaning and work on it myself, then possibly in the future but he wanted money so would not do that. I’m seeking treatment elsewhere.
