I had the absolute best experience at Shoreside. Everyone in the office made myself and my daughter feel comfortable. Personally I was extremely anxious about going to the dentist and Dr. Ma and staff helped me stay calm and they were great with my daughter as well. I love coming to Shoreside dental. Dr Ma is really great with all her patients. She is a very sweet and caring person. Every time my kids go and have work done or even just cleaning she would text me later that night and check on them and see how they are feeling. She cares about her patient very much. When she moved to a new location I pulled my family and followed her to her new location. The staff there is very friendly too.

I have been seeing Dr. Ma since I can remember. While many kids hate the dentist, Dr. Ma created a warm and positive environment, and I actually liked the dentist. I am very fortunate to have seen her because she helped me create cleaning habits when I was younger so that my teeth are healthy now and don’t give me any problems. The same can be said about my siblings and cousins who also saw Dr. Ma.
I still see Dr. Ma as an adult. She is hard working, detail oriented and cares about her role as a dentist, and most importantly cares about her patients. Dr. Ma will personally reach out to you to see how you are doing. The office has that doctor-patient care that is lacking in the majority of offices out there. Lupita, who works at the front desk, is very kind and welcoming. She knows the ins and outs of her job very well and deals with the insurance so that I never have to. She has been working with Dr. Ma for years and together, with the rest of the staff, they all make a phenomenal team.

Dr. Ma and her staff are very competent and professional. She is treating our family of 5 and we could not ask for a better dentist. She is gentle with our children and displays kindness, she listens to our concerns and her recommendations are always the best. She has the most amazing front office staff, who are communicative and kind. Pita is top notch! Always calls and communicates thoroughly. She has made our experience with her feel amazing, and my family loves getting treatments done (and I have kids ages 2 6, and 7). Most kids have anxiety going to the dentist, but not my kids. Amazing staff and Dentist.

Doctor Ma is the best dentist EVER! So kind, gentle, friendly, and has amazing follow through. Each visit is followed up with a call or text the night of your appointment to make sure you are doing well after the visit. My whole family has been patient’s of Dr. Ma for many years. She is also wonderful with small children. A++++
