Nunca, había tenido la experiencia necesaria de ser atendido por una clínica pero la verdad, me sentí en confianza con su personal de trabajo ya que me cuesta un poco entender el inglés , pero ellos también hacen sentir bien hablarte y explicarte en tu Idioma. Me gustó como me atendieron y como me ayudaron a un falta pero será bueno estar de vuelta ahí.

A big thank you to Stephanie for being gentle while cleaning my teeth. Today was my first time going to Stephanie, so I was a little nervous, but she did great! Not to mention she greeted me in the waiting room with a big, warm smile, and her cheerful spirit lasted the entire appointment, which was so comforting.

Welcoming and calm atmosphere. Savannah was very communicative and pleasant to work with. She made me feel comfortable and at home.

The Doctor was very helpful and patient when explaining the care I needed and what I could be doing better at home. There was no shame when it came to my missteps regarding oral care, only insights and suggestions that would help me in the long run.

My family has been going to Shoreline Dental for 15 years - Heck, when we lived in Santa Cruz we still drove all the way down here. Everything was wonderful till the last ownership change this past fall of 2024. Started getting billed these huge amounts just for getting cleanings and x-rays. Finally found out that the new owners are NOT in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield....

First of all, never got any notification via phone call/text/mail of new ownership. No mention either that they were not in network anymore. So we went from $0 copay for cleanings and x-rays to now owing over $800.

I had no reason to question the trustworthiness of this office until they did this. Totally unfair and deceptive practice(s). The dentist failed his duty to make the pertinent disclosure(s). This is known as silent fraud. Will go to small claims court if necessary....who's got an extra $800 lying around? Not me...

We are now looking for a new dentist - and I bet other DOD employees are doing the same as most DOD employees here have the same insurance!

I have been a patient at Shoreline for many years. Dr Sihoe and his staff have always demonstrated professionalism, gentleness, kindness, understanding. People that walk in with appointments or are leaving after their visit are always happy. That is my experience observing others. I am completely satisfied with the care I receive here. The office is clean and office staff is helpful and I always feel that I am important as a patient and person.

I have been a patient at Shoreline Dental now for a little over a year. My wife Dorothea who is also a patient referred me to Shoreline because she was so pleased with the excellent care from the entire staff. I have also received excellent care since I have been going there as well. Dr. Choi has been amazing ! She has been handling my challenging issues with great care and expertise. I am also very grateful to have Stephanie as my hygienist she is such a kick with all the great stories she tells while cleaning my teeth. Office Staff was very nice, they deserve 5 stars!
However when my wife Tae Hui had a toothache, the Chinese dentist she saw, after the particular tooth in the upper area was extracted, this dentist asked :"You have Insurance?" She answered: "yes!" And he removed 2 more teeth not connected from the lower area too! When I inquired: "Why were these additional teeth removed?" I never got a proper answer. This incident worth less than NO-Star. Myself, at a previous visit had a crown replaced, yet ever since have issues with gums surrounding this particular tooth. My going back to get it checked out and corrected was also of no avail. However contrary to those bad experience, cleaning our teeth by Lynn deserves a 5 Star-plus rating any time. Yes we both used to go to the same location for many years when Dr. Jones owned it. Now after moving back to Marina, we both are staying away from Shoreline Dental in future, for the above reasons.

My return experience after nine year absence with Shoreline Dental was awesome. Doctor Sihoe and staff made me feel welcome and at ease. I needed a root canal and cavity procedure done. Doctor and staff explained all my options before dental work was done. Would recommend.
