The staff and doctors are so friendly. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible before and after your procedure. During the procedure, the dr and assistants are having a fun discussion that they include me in and it helps to take my mind off anything uncomfortable. Great care. I highly recommend Shasta Orthopedics!!

Mostly a positive experience. I was scheduled to see Dr. Nowack at 2:50 for a consultation. I arrived on time the receptionist was phenomenal. She was very helpful and pleasant for an extremely busy office a d at the end of the day. The nurse or assistant who brought me back to the exam room was nice. The xray tech was amazing! The wonderful resident that first evaluated my feet was extremely knowledgeable and she briefly explained any and all possible procedures before consulting with Dr. Nowack.
Dr. Nowack is the doctor that I want to do the procedures if and when they are needed. I totally respect him as a professional who treats patients when they need to be treated and not just to do surgeries! I highly recommend this doctor!
The only negative remark was the waiting time. I think I was finally brought to the exam room at a little before 330. Again, an extremely busy office.

They were very efficient the office staff, the check-in staff, the MA and the doctor helping me. I was very impressed with the professionalism and I have really appreciated the medical help that Dr. Jenkenson has given me. The staff I met were very nice, especially Ben, who very carefully put a cast on my arm.
