I had called over and over and not able to get anyone. Extremely hard to get a hold of a person. Then was sat in the back with a 20 minute wait. Had a very brief examination and prices were really high. I had some pictures taken and felt a little uncomfortable due to the assistant looked like she came from the gym. She was wearing leggings and a form fitting shirt. At least she was hot and I had happy thoughts. I give it 3 stars because the staff explained to me their findings like they had knowledge for it. My cleaning was good too.

From our first phone call to the office. Everyone was so kind and seemed to be happy and uplifting when you talked to them and worked with them. So happy we found Shasta family dentistry, and looking forward to working with them in the future. Dr. Wilson and his dental assistant are so down to earth! To be quite frank, although my name is Adam I’ve had terrible experiences with the last two dentists that I went to at another business, I don’t want to mention the name of it, but they were called schmestern lentil. My mom found this better dentist place while doing some searching because I had a tooth that needed to come out two years ago. I was finally able to get it out. Let me tell you my mouth doesn’t hurt anymore. I can’t wait to go back to get the full check up and cleaning and all that other great stuff! Will definitely recommend to my best friend my family even my worst enemy. This is the place you wanna go they will take care of you and I’m they’re so friendly. You might even get a magic trick from the Dentist

The front office staff was Sophie she is very friendly and so sweet she always gives 100% of her time to recognize and greet you. I just have the best experience! I went in for a 6 Month Cleaning with Robin, She has cleaned my teeth a couple of times now, She is truly amazing and gentle and really knows her stuff! 10 stars for this lovely lady Robin. She had to give me injections this time and she was perfect onsite with the injections. I don't really care for shots , but she made it all very easy and very comfortable! Shasta Family Dentistry please give these woman a raise, or a very nice bonus. You are very privileged to have them in your office and working on your team.

Dr. Wilson is better than the best. Dr. Wilson and his assistant will put you at ease. No trepidation of pain with multiple procedures in one sitting. When patients enter the office, the staff's salutations, smiles of joy is indeed a good feeling.

I'm a new patient at SFD & I had a pleasant experience both times I was there 😊 My dental hygienist Robin did my cleaning, I found her to be very professional & kind. She took the time to explain everything & answered all my questions. I really liked her & my cleaning was great.
The office is an uplifting place full of professionals who are there to help you 💕

I had to have two teeth extracted. The process, surprisingly was fairly painless. After the procedure I was feeling nauseous and light headed. Staff was quick to make me as comfortable as possible, staying right there with me till I was feeling better.
