Shasta Dental is fantastic! After visiting a local orthodontist, I was told I needed to get my teeth “healthy” again before moving forward. When I met Dr. Brown and explained my goals, she immediately had a plan to get me on track. I’m currently going through a treatment plan that includes deep cleanings, and the process has been smooth from the start. I was scheduled for a consultation within days of calling and had my first deep cleaning just a couple of weeks later.

They also referred me to an oral surgeon in Medford, who was amazing—super kind, patient, and understanding of my anxiety and medication allergies. I called multiple times with questions, and they never made me feel like a bother. The extraction itself went really well, and I felt totally cared for throughout.

Shasta Dental is great at getting you scheduled quickly, and if they’re booked, they have a cancellation list so you can potentially get in sooner. They also accept CareCredit, which is a huge plus for small business owners like me. My husband and I will definitely be staying with Shasta Family Dental for the long haul!

Everyone was amazing at Shasta family dental! Dr. Brown took her time and walked me through each procedure. She listened to my concerns and really came up with a comprehensive plan for my dental needs! 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Brown and her team. They are personable and thorough. I have never had any issues with billing and they go over cost at time of procedure. Dr. Browns work speaks for itself. Thanks for a great experience every time I come in!

Went in for a cleaning right after I had lost an old filling from a previous dentist. They fixed my filling and found I needed a crown and fixed that too the same say! Nice chairs that give you a little backrub and friendly staff and Dr. Brown is awesome!

If I could give a negative I would. Make sure to understand your charges before they start any work. I didn't and found out the hard way. They billed my insurance $1500 for deep scaling which they did not do. I have had a lot of cleanings in my life to know it takes more than 10 minutes to complete. I feel they ripped me off because I had insurance and was dumb enough to not follow up. And they told me by Oregon State law I have to have a full mouth xray every 60 months which is not true. If they try and tell you that check with the Dental Board it is not true.

The doctor told me my insurance had paid for my Xray entirely. 7 months later I got a debt collector's notice that stated I owed them over 225$ and each month had a interest increase + 75$ debt collector's fee.
DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Dr. Brown and her team are excellent! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. My entire family was able to get established as new patients within a few weeks, and we will never go elsewhere! I had severe dental anxiety, and Chelsie & Naomi made sure I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. Marianna has made adjustments to work with our busy schedules, and Dr. Brown is exceptional!!!!!

I was taken as an emergency appointment. As soon as I stepped in I was won over. The place had no odor of any kind!!! Then there were welcoming greeting from the receptionists. The office is super clean and organized. They have a local artist's photos decorating the walls. It is a peaceful office. Dr. Brown and the staff show kindness and compassion. I have extreme dental anxiety and was treated with so much understanding. I never felt as if I were less than because of my dental anxiety. This is definitely the dentist that you and your family need to have in your life, not only because of the caring and compassionate treatment, also because of the community involvement the office does as well. They give back to the community in so many different ways , so not only will you be taking care of your oral health but you will be helping the community as well💖
