I had an excellent experience. It was interesting to be reviewed by the dentist who delved into the structural aspects of my jaws as well as the facial features that apply to dentistry. The dental hygienist was very amiable and professional. Very nice experience.

"Just let me do what I know how to do" was the doc's reply when I asked if it was important there felt like space in the impression. She asked to borrow my Ill-fitted and "temporary" 5 year old Dentures for a couple days. How many impressions needed? This has been going on for a long time. I am cooperative to a fault. I've been reassured that they're speeding things up but the scheduling desk says not. I called regretably to cancel a long awsited recent appointment because I knew I was becoming ill but there was no consideration for putting me on the call list for other cancelled, just unapologetic go to the end of line 2 months out. Have been stood up by doc twice without notice, so the only reason I go here is that there's nowhere else!

Absolutely terrible service. Hold times on the phone are always dreadful. I’d go in and make appointments in person except I’d have to drag all 4 small kids with me. Every time. The worst part of my life is booking appointments and I can’t use the portal for well child checks or dentist visits.
Also the assistant at Anderson whoever answers the phone was utterly useless. My experiences with dents have always been reasonable until this person.

While the care is excellent, the receptionist is not answering phones. Apparently she does not wish to be yelled at and has decided not to answer the phone. If you need anything, you will need to go in to the office.

Getting anyone to answer phones at this location is a reoccurring issue. It is impossible to schedule anything over the phone and come to find out, it is equally impossible to cancel/reschedule an appointment. I have called multiple days now. All hours of the day. I tried rescheduling via the automated text , as that leads you to believe you can do so, but you can't! The text instructs you to call. I have currently been holding, waiting for anyone to answer for a combined 35 minutes. They ask for the courtesy of canceling 2 hours prior to a visit but never answer allowing you to give them the courtesy.

When you have an emergency, they do their very best to get you seen and immediately let you know what the steps are that need to be taken and in my case, the next day! Very courteous staff and doctor
