I get amazing care and support from my psychiatric provider. Brandon is a great listener. He understands the complexities of care and presented me with a great mix of effective options in addition to my medication. I feel like I have a lot of tools to work with now. However, most important, is that Brandon is also partner in my treatment... He not telling me what to do... He's talking to me about my choices and options and respects the fact that in the end it's MY life. I have not felt pushed or pressured in any way... Instead I feel supported.

My first appointment was with my therapist Terri. She is great! We had more tackled in one session than multiple sessions with other therapists. I'm looking forward to my next visit with her and would recommend this facility to anyone whom needs.

I have been a patient of the Neuropsyciatry for 6 years. I have had nothing but wonderful care there. I would recommend anyone to go there for care. They have positive staff to make appointments for you or check you in. The medical staff is usually right on time. I’m moving to Washington State and will miss all of them very much. I hope my next worker will be as wonderful as Keri was with me. I give this clinic a 5 star recommendation.

I am very satisfied with my sessions with Donna Roberts and her guidance, validation, willingness to listen to my woes. I appreciate her open mindedness, her encouragement and warm manner. She has never caused me to feel uncomfortable or treated me as just a case number but rather makes me feel that she actually cares about my well being and mental/emotional state as a fellow comrade instead.
Her staff has always been curtiouse and genuinely helpful and accommodating to me . So yes, I am very satisfied and happy to be seen and treated at the department of.Mental Health in the SCHC.

I came to Dr Bagul about 6 years ago and I was a mess. I will be leaving California soon and will miss our sessions, but he changed my life in the last 6 years and I will be forever thankful to him.

The staff are wonderful. Calm and professional but open and caring at the same time.

It's a great clinic and I would - and have - recommend it will full stars.

Shasta community health has changed my life 10 years ago I was suffering from untreated bipolar I was super sick. I was referred to Nero psychology Dr. Khan it took a couple of years to be stable but I have been ever since. Whenever I have a problem they help me. Great place with wonderfully kind staff. Thank you

Doctor Barbra is a very nice woman and she has a great concern for her patients. She always has a smile for me and maybe a laugh or two with ya. But she keeps it provional with me too. The whole staff are very nice too. They do their jobs and have a attitude with the clients comes in. Thank y’all
