I have had nothing but amazing success oriented with the staff at the maternity center. Dr Franck is so amazing and all of the MAs and nurses I’ve worked with have been so great. I had a scare earlier today and the triage RN Alicia was so amazing and helpful. She checked on me while I was there, made sure I got to my ride safely and called me a few hours later to check in on me and make sure I was doing okay. She made me feel extremely well cared for. THANK YOU SCHC 💖

No delivering providers, denied an ultrasound, horrible bedside manner, feels like the DMV because you have to pull a number and then wait for a robot to call you back, front desk staff having boisterous personal conversations wile patients wait to just check in! Unfortunately the staff is very unhelpful, waited over an hour and an half for my appointment, denied lab results for FOUR weeks at an office visit (against the law) just to find out the gender of my baby after paying for it to be given to me in the patient portal. All of this after waiting 3.5 months for a new patient appointment. Very very disappointed. As a healthcare worker, please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable.

I don't know which resource coordinator called my pregnant girlfriend but, they legit recommended her to walk outside with my 2 year old daughter, which is extremely smoky outside, literally so unhealthy and told her to take 30 minute walks. If you look it up at the moment it says unhealthy air quality in the Redding area. You guys need to reevaluate who you hire here. Horrible advice was given, and they were extremely rude only trying to get my girlfriend to say everything in a specific way so they could write it off on their papers.

Dr Knopp & her staff are amazing! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. They have always welcomed me with warm smiles. Have always answered my questions and concerns without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. I have gone to different OB offices and this one is the most organized office I have ever been to. They walk you through everything you need to know about your upcoming appts and what you need to do to prepare for it etc.

Thank you for all that you guys do, I appreciate every one of you!

I usually don’t post reviews on websites, however this is my second pregnancy and I was nervous to come here due to the things I had heard about this office, but my previous OB no longer takes my insurance.

I was scheduled with Shannon, and I absolutely LOVED her. She was personable, friendly, and answered all my questions all around very helpful. After I saw her I went to have blood work done and their phlebotomist was absolutely fantastic, we talked the entire time and I can honestly say this was the first time I didn’t feel a needle go in or out of my arm. I personally feel like I had a great experience and I would highly recommend Shannon to anybody I know!

I love this place. My doctor and lactation consultant are amazing! The lady at the front desk is always super rude though. Window one has a big attitude issue, I have no idea what's going on in her life but everytime I come to check in she's very dismissive and bratty like she really hates her job, it makes me want to find a whole new maternity center. Everyone else is really sweet, I'm genuinely confused why this lady is so grumpy, all we do is check in and schedule appointments. I've seen her be rude to so many other patients, she needs a new profession.

I absolutely adore this place. I was a little unsure when I first made an appointment here because I really dislike the main clinic for multiple reasons. But the maternity center has been wonderful every time I'm there. All the staff are incredibly friendly and and it's always super clean. The girls up front seem to really have a great time together which says a lot about an office. Anna who is always the medical assistant that gets me back is so friendly and Shannon is a great provider. All around I love this place and would definitely recommend it.
