The Best Surgery Doctor's, the Best nurses, Margie, Rex, Vic, Lupe, Gabby, Faith, Mel, Jennifer, there is a lot more names just can remember their names I'm sorry, the staff there's a lot of people who are really appreciate, so kind night shift overall the Best team, I will always be praying for y'all 🙏🏽 and I really appreciate all your hard work, God bless everyone of you and your family's Amen. Going on 3 months with my Dad in the hospital and still hanging in there with the grace of God 🙏🏽

How is it possible that we arrived at around 1 AM and they're still telling me that there are people waiting behind me, waiting for their turn, when it's already almost 5 PM? I'm going through this situation where my family member is having a hard time and needs dialysis immediately. And all they tell me is that we have to wait, and they keep giving him more fluids to stabilize him. HE NEEDS THE EXCESS FLUID REMOVED, NOT MORE FLUIDS ADDED. His lungs are filling up, and we're playing the waiting game? Are they waiting for a code blue before they finally do something? I thought the best option was to go to the ER, but what's the point if they leave him waiting for 10+ hours since his scheduled dialysis at 6:45 AM? They can't tell me they're short-staffed because I'm with him, and the facility is very well-equipped, and this isn't the first time we've been there. They've treated him immediately before, so why is the wait so long this time? Is his condition not important this time?

September 11, 2025 , I came in due to pains from recent spinal surgery, I was admitted . At first I was nervous , But the doctors made me comfortable . The nurses are so nice and kind.. My favorite nurse was FREDDIE , He is very compassionate and truly cares about his patients well - being . He made sure I was comfortable and all of my needs were met , during my stay . And also giving words of encouragement... If anyone gets nurse FREDDIE , know that JESUS has truly blessed you with one of his ANGELS , during your stay ..

I gave birth to my baby girl in March andI had an amazing experience from start to finish, everything was explained to me carefully. As a first-time mom, I was scared.

In the delivery room I had an Amazing nurses Indigo and Sidney who help me feel more comfortable even through the pain.

During postpartum, I was cared for by several nurses due to the shift changes every 12 hours. I’m truly thankful to everyone who supported me but one nurse especially stayed in my heart - Abby ❤️ She was kind, compassionate, patient, lovely and full of warmth. She made such a difference during my recovery, and I’ll never forget her.

What touched me the most was receiving a letter from Abby and the manager, it made me feel so special and cared for. That small gesture meant the world to me.

I would definitely come back just to see Abby and give her a big hug. I can’t thank her enough for the way she cared for me and my baby!

The nurses, techs and doctors were incredible. The hospital has beautiful gathering areas, beautiful views, vending machines and fully stocked cafeteria. The patient room was quiet and the atmosphere relaxing.

Had the unfortunate need to visit the ER, yesterday morning. From the moment you walk through the ER door, every staff member was efficient, kind, and caring. After being taken to the treatment area, Dr. Kobayashi was clearly skilled, professional, and refreshingly assuring. Every nurse, CT tech, patient escort, and security member were all great, as well. The entire treatment team set a very high bar in patient care!

If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. It has taken me days to even find the words because of the sheer devastation my family endured here. The treatment my 6-year-old autistic son received was not only negligent but outright traumatizing.

We rushed to the ER because my son, who cannot fully communicate, was screaming in agony and pointing to his abdomen. Despite his visible distress, we were forced to wait nearly 30 minutes in the waiting room while he cried and writhed in pain. Once inside, I was asked if he needed pain medication — of course, I said yes — yet the medication never arrived. My son ultimately passed out from the intensity of his pain while staff stood by and did nothing. Hours later, when he finally woke and appeared calm, a nurse asked if I wanted him to have the medication. My heart shattered — he needed it when he was begging for relief, not after he had collapsed from exhaustion.

When it came time for bloodwork, the experience descended into a nightmare. I explained that my son would not tolerate the procedure, yet three staff members forcibly held him down as he screamed, “Help, Mommy!” The sound of his cries will haunt me forever. They jabbed him multiple times while showing not a shred of compassion — one nurse even coldly told him to “calm down,” as though he were misbehaving, rather than terrified and in agony. My son is autistic; he didn’t understand why strangers were pinning him down, only that he was being hurt. It was cruelty disguised as care, and I wept as I watched my child endure unnecessary suffering.

After more than five excruciating hours, the staff admitted they still had no answers and informed us we needed to transfer to another hospital. What followed was utter chaos. The doctor told us we could drive our son ourselves with the IV still in place, only for a nurse to completely contradict him, insisting we would need an ambulance instead. The lack of communication was astounding and disgraceful. Eventually, we were told we could drive — but after all that confusion, they sent us to the WRONG hospital.

This ordeal was catastrophic for my son and devastating for us as parents. The lack of urgency, the absence of compassion, and the sheer incompetence we experienced left my child traumatized and our family brokenhearted. Children — especially those with special needs — deserve dignity, empathy, and competent medical care. We received none of these things.

Had the most amazing experience. I have really bad health anxiety and all the staff made me feel heard and seen and did a full work up. I was so thankful they listened to me instead of dismissing my anxiety. 10/10
