I had the best time at Shark Tooth! My kids had the best time! Dr. Shuler is a very conservative dentist, only does what’s needed and is a wait and see type of doctor! Can’t wait till my kids go back!

On Monday I took in my child who has a hidden disability. This is very important because most people treat him as though he is perfectly healthy. When he expressed concerns to the young assistant, Yudith, he was taken seriously and consoled. This will definitely be our permanent dentist! Thank you, Yudith, for the amazing visit!

This is just a post to advise Exeter individuals what type of location you’re sending your kids to and I thought I knew better until today. I was informed by the owners wife of the dentist office getting ready to open up the second locations she thinks it’s more important to support the gay men that did a mockery of Jesus on the Paris Olympics then it is to be a good hearted person this is also the same individual going around spewing hate towards individuals that couldn’t or wouldn’t wear a mask around her. So her and her friends decided that it was a good idea to get together and bully people that didn’t agree with them so I just wanted to let you know that I will be sharing the information of what this location stands for and who this denist married and how bad she’s gonna hurt his business and the new one if he’s not careful, no one wants to go to a dentistry that supports a bunch of gay man that think that it’s OK to be around children when this is a pediatrics facility just imagine if the owners wife thinks that it’s OK what are they doing behind the doors here, open up our eyes and stop supporting individuals and companies in our areas that are evil or support the evil that’s entering our cities and in charge of some of our locations for children health.

The Dentist, who should be the professional, and provide patient education, is very unprofessional. He is kind and friendly as long as you sign disclosures and do not ask questions regarding your children's treatment. He expressed himself as above, explaining the sudden change in procedure, and is openly judgmental. He told my husband and me that it was our fault that our son's teeth were the way they were, so what did it matter to us what he did? I expressed to him that I felt very uncomfortable with his comment. He replied by saying that my questions made him feel equally uncomfortable. If I cannot address my question and concerns to my child's provider, then who do I ask? I felt even more concerned with his response. He lacks professionalism, has a horrible temper that is very concerning, and it interferes with his professional judgment. It is the worst experience I have ever had, and I do not recommend him or his office. The staff needs to be more consistent with appointment times, patient quotes, and treatments. Not to mention that they also expect patients to know their expectations without voicing them. I now understand their behavior; the dentist guiding them is the same or worse.

The staff here is so nice. My son had a lip tie released and the Dr was so supportive and gentle him and me as I was pretty emotional about it. The next day we came back for my daughters first visit here and again the same outcome. Everyone was super kind. I’m definitely going to continue bringing my kiddos here.

These people have no sympathy for working parents. They made my son miss an appointment because my mom took him. Instead of calling me to get a verbal or asking me to fax a note over they turned them away. Second time I was unable to leave my job as planned and I called them and offered to pay the cash price of the visit in order to show that I did not mean to miss it. They refused and told me my son needed a new dentist. My children were both patients there. So they told me my older son couldn’t go back. Moving forward I received a certified letter telling me neither one of my sons was allowed back and needed to find new dentists. What did my second son do that caused him to be kicked out as well? I understand the need to be punctual and not to miss due to the fact that it is a high volume office, but these instances were out of my control and I tried to fix it. The office staff was rude and so was the manager. My children had been patients there for over 2 years. It is a shame that they would treat people this way.
