I haven't been to a dentist in over 15yrs. I love this office. The staff is polite, kind and respectful as well as efficient, great at going over the cost vs insurance stuff. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the dentist.

I've had numerous visits thus far to get my dental work done due to my blood pressure issues. The dentist is kind, patient and checks in on me frequently to make sure I am tolerating the procedures well.

I could not be more pleased with the dentist and his staff. I will be returning to them for any and all of my dental needs as well as recommending them to anyone who asks.

Worst place ever! Not only did they chip a tooth while pulling a molar out. They are in a hurry and will not listen to what you have to say. Horrible customer service, you can be standing in the front and won’t even knowdest you are there. This has been a very bad experience. You are suppose to feel comfortable at dentist because a lot of people hate going to dentist. This place will make you feel even more uncomfortable. Trust me please when I say this place is a miserable place. I would not even spend my time for the review but I am because is a really a misery this people are something else. They can’t have respect to listen to their clients. I guess for some people is to hard to be nice and this place definitely has a difficult time doing that.! Never will I go back

I went here about 2 years ago. Not one other dentist would help me with a payment plan. Through Sage initiative, Shadow Hills pulled my 13 teeth ( no pain) and made beautiful dentures for me. They were even going to put 2 implants in the bottoms but I didn't know I was supposed to call them. That's on me though, not them. I love the staff, the dentists and the xray tech. I will always go here and it's 57 miles away.

I have been terrified of dentists since the age of 5. Had a terrible and very painful experience that left me this way. But this dental place and it's workers are very nice, professional, understanding, extremely gentle, and I would back again without a second thought.

Update... I am sad to say that all though this office was very good to me in every way, they left me without any type of teeth. The dentist said I was a good candidate for dentures and suggested I have a lll my teeth extracted. But on the day I went in to had my impressions made, the other dentist who attended me that day said that they couldn't help me, because I didn't have enough ridge to support a upper or lower denture. I was sent home without teeth and have been like that goin on two months now.?

The staff are rude. Don’t get your wisdom teeth taken out here, because they will give you a shot in your mouth before nummin it. They open the doors and turn of the vans to the waiting room on the hottest time of the day , when their where more than three elderly ladies in the waiting room. One of the ladies said she had been there three hours. If you have medical they will tell you the doctor wants you to get your teeth cleaned. They will make you four appointments. Because each time you come to the office for teeth cleaning they charge $125.

First time here and it was a horrible experience. Front desk lady was unprofessional. No privacy for the patient what so ever. I have had my teeth cleaned at other dentist and never had a problem. Here my tongue and inner bottom mouth is hurting. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible waste of time. Spent 3 months going to this dentist and still had teeth in my mouth that were a constant problem. Unrealistic treatment plan and didn't want to listen to me. Once she waited over an hour after numbing me to do a filling and the novocaine had all but worn off. Wasn't trying to hear what I had to say then either.

Better experience at Western Dental.

Shadow Hills dental is by far the best Dental Office,, especially “Dr. J” I have ever been to in my 67 years on this planet! They have done more for me in a short time, than all my previous dentist’s combined! Please believe me when I say I’ve been to LOTS of them from Wisconsin to Dallas-Fort Worth to Palm Desert!
