I transitioned to Dr. Im a few years ago when Dr. Mukai retired. Dr. I'm just recently did 2 gum grafts for me and I was very pleased with his care. He and his staff take the time to explain exactly what is needed and what is happening, and I never felt rushed. On the contrary, they make me feel like I am the only patient they need to tend to. I have had to call the office multiple times to reschedule due to my own conflicts and they have always been accommodating and gracious.
Billing is also an important factor with such practitioners, and they have always been very transparent with upfront costs and efficient in submitting bills to my insurance so that I get reimbursed promptly.
I look forward to having Dr. Im care for my teeth and gums in the years ahead. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with no hesitation.

Dr. Terry Im and his team have been incredible! I just had my first two-quadrant/tooth gum graft with him and have been very pleased with his technique and the result. This is a long-overdue review of Dr. Im! I'd heard so many horror stories from friends about the pain and suffering involved with gum grafts, and I was a bit scared. However, Dr. Im and his wonderful staff made the experience seriously easy, painless, and smooth. I've had two procedures so far, and both experiences were fantastic. I knew immediately that he was who I had been looking for. He and his team performed the necessary periodontal surgery with skill and care to my complete satisfaction.
