Veronica and her crew did a fantastic job packing up our belongings after a water leak forced the replacement of our 2nd story flooring. I especially appreciated the care they took with the items and how they made us feel at ease during a very disruptive event. From the time Mr. Anthony called me to set up an appointment to go over my flood claim/loss/pack up/storage-I felt good about my situation!!
When Anthony came out and introduced me to Connie, "the lady in charge" I knew I was in good hands. Connie and her crew helped my anxiety and stress level so much!!! Connie was very professional, sweet and kind. She definitely turned a horrible situation into something I could deal with. Connie explained, in detail, how Servpro was there to help me as I had never been in this situation before. This lady and her crew worked diligently to help me meet my deadline of having to vacate my apartment due to a flood within 3 days. With half hour lunches, packing, carefully and professionally, they cleared me out in less than 3 days!! I could not thank you enough Ms. Connie and crew for the love you showed me. I know you guys do this every day, but you treated me like this was your first and only account!! As we wrapped up our 3 days together Connie informed me this was her account, and she would see me on the other side-moving my belongings to my new place and unpacking everything. I was so happy to know these ladies with "the lady in charge" would be continuing to work my case behind closed doors and returning what was not damaged. I truly believe God brought you, Connie into my life as I was on the verge of having a heart attack over this horrible flood experience, I had been going through for a month. Excellent customer service from the liaison, Joel Slay, to Lisa Gomez, the crew supervisor. We were so very happy with their professionalism and thoroughness when evaluating the sewer flood damage. So thankful for their care in packing, storing, cleaning, and unpacking our property. We would DEFINITELY use them again!

My husband and I had only been living in our house for about a week when the dryer that we had just purchased caused water damage on the floor of several rooms. Derek came out and inspected the damage. He set up the machines to dry out the floors and continued to come until the floors had dried out. Even though the house was very hot, he worked hard making sure that all of the water was gone and then removed the damaged flooring. Michael and Angel also helped to finished the job of getting rid of everything that was damaged. They were all so friendly and did such a great job.
