It's always a pleasant experience at Serene Dental Care for me. The deep cleaning i had was so relaxing and pain free with Dr. Kim. I appreciate the kindness of the staff. Beverly, the receptionist and front office person always has a positive attitude when you're on the phone with her or in person. Also, Nader the Office Manager and area representative is so nice and accommodating. I love coming to this location for my dental work.?

Went for an exam, had a good experience. I am and always have not been a fan of getting my teeth cleaned or just in general have anxiety going to the dentist. Today was fine. The staff was great. I remember Dr. Kim’s name, btw very nice and for the life of me i cannot remember the girls name. Please forgive me.

Always a pleasant time here♡ Everyone is nice and friendly, and communication is crystal clear, like my teeth after the visit?
Got my cleaning done and was able to order a retainer right away on the same visit because I accidentally broke it last month(after 10+ years of having it AND it was from another dentist)?
Thankful for Serene Dental Care for taking care of me?

The front desk staff is cool but the doctor I was working with was something else. No disrespect to her but that was the worse service I had. I had to cut my last visit short because it feels like I was injected with water instead of an anesthetics. The procedure was painful for getting a crown impression. And to top it off another crown they put in was way off and crooked. I was already upset from the amount of pain I was in and the doctor had to say unnecessary comments. Like honestly, I’m not going to remove teeth I need to chew. If you can’t do the job just say that and I’ll go to a dentist who can work with my narrow mouth. The impression took forever and they were really digging deep into my gums. It was so bad I asked for a temporary. And I don’t regret it since I found the care I need.

Love this dentist. Will not go back to my old dentist even though it's closer. The staff here are so nice and friendly. Even recommended my husband and he liked it. Best part is they accept medical.
