I called billing to request for a payment plan for my 85 years old mother who will have difficulty in paying the full amount as she doesn't have income. The billing agent who introduced herself as the Manager said that an interest will be charged for non-payment in full and the case will be referred to a collection agency for non-payment. During the course of my conversation with the Manager, I did not perceive any concern, consideration nor empathy from the Manager. There was not any hint of intention to help.

I have contacted this facility via leaving a voice mail at their office and sending an email, asking what insurances they accept, and they will not answer either one. My oral surgeon uses this facility, but I will have to cancel my biopsy because they will not confirm. Terrible customer service!

They charged me a late fee, when I never received the first bill. I had to call my dental and medical insurance to determine if they covered the procedure. Even after I told them that the insurance would pay. I was told I was still going to get charged another late fee in a day or so. They just want to nickle and dime people. I'll make sure to never use them.

I have worked very closely with Scripps Oral Pathology Services from the time I opened my Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Carlsbad 12 years ago. My experience with their oral pathology services has been excellent. I find that the specimens are always processed promptly, and I receive a faxed report very quickly after I submit the tissue. The pathologists are always available for telephone consultation in cases where I have any questions or concerns, and they are very quick to reach out to me in cases that are unusual or if there is any malignancy or significant abnormality noted on their examination. I would give my highest recommendation to Scripps Oral Pathology Services; they are absolutely stellar!

Talk about an unfriendly customer environment - this business takes the cake! You don't receive bills from them, then you receive an "Overdue" bill which is threatening with late charges. Then, you try to work with them on payment - forget it! They just keep threatening collections. Then, you have you own insurance company calling them to ask them to wait on collections - they state an emphatic NO!! There is no middle ground with this company. They want what they want when they want it! Please do not put yourself in the position of being one of their victims!

Horrible customer service! I was out of job and requested for payment plan they said there is no payment plan and that I could pay it whenever I get a job but billed me for a late charge in addition to $320 for a biopsy. Staff is very arrogant and demanding no empathy or consideration all they want is money. I could give a zero.
